You know it has to be a real comfy comfort zone when the animals are all being sleepy snoozers too.
Camping in the UK seems so alien. It always feels like they're just in a big open field somewhere. Also just random horses/cows wandering arround.
"Looking at cuties all day is tiring" I knew before it was said what was to follow.
This was such a great look at the camping trip, full of lovely animals. You both had so much fun with that trip.

As a Canadian it’s pretty funny to see British camping and “woods”, I remember the Triforce guys talking about how their camping is just setting up a tent in a field, but I guess I didn’t totally believe them. I guess I’ve just grown up to expect a whole campsite and fire pit.
We have those too but there are deffo more random fields
The "sniffle snaffling at the tent through the night - it's nice to know you have little friends out there" got me lol. That's a little different here in California...
The new forest is about as south as it gets in Britain in fairness.
Scotland obviously isn't as vast as Canada, and the fact that most of the countryside is owned by estates and such is frustrating, but there's some more wilderness-ish areas up here. Do wish we'd at very least reintroduce lynxes and reforest the highland rowans and birches and such though.

yeah as an American the fact they can just drive somewhere within a reasonable time and get food is wild

I went to the New Forest once. I had a bad reaction to my sun tan lotion and I was concerned a cow would step on my head while I slept but otherwise a very charming time was had!
I just watched the Dawson and Dale video where Briony is consistently flirting with Manager Kirsty and I was gonna talk about it being a wild coincidence that Briony pointed out the Kissing Colleague section in the book. Then I remembered that they're always flirting so it wasn't that much of a coincidence lol
Anyway the coziness of this video is an absolute 10/10!!! Loved it can't wait to go on a binge and catch up!

Its wild to see horses and cows just wandering around a park, I don't think we have anything like that here in the states.
The wild horses are a New Forest thing. Cows are just everywhere in the countryside.
There's definitely some trails out west that go through free-range pasture land, but you're right that it's seemingly way more common in the UK. I was shocked when I went climbing in the Lake District and there had to be hundreds of sheep just scattered around the mountains
Yeah I don't think you're allowed to graze livestock on public land. Plus Americans are too litigious to have large animals wandering around like that. 😅
Back in the Roman days, they hadn't yet discovered that they could snap spaghetti to fit it in the pan.

The simplest things can be mind blowing. I couldn't imagine getting rained on while camping. Six months of the year it's bone dry even in the mountains here. As silly as it sounds it just floored me when you showed that it had been raining. 😅
I have the same tent! Clones, cryptids, barrows, and snoozy animals, what a rollercoaster. Briony isnt even real, I cant even 😂

I knew Eastern (NA) grey squirrels were invasive little shits in the UK, but damn they everywhere.
Yeh most of our red squirrels have been pushed out by them which is sad but they are cute too
@@turgon327 I can totally understand how they out-compete the local red squirrels. They are incredibly aggressive feeders. I have a kousa dogwood and 1-2 grey squirrels took 99% of the fruit, leaving only scraps for skunks and possums (I have cams). They also ate heaps of my tomatoes before they even had a chance to ripen. I hate them.
