- A quick look at my process of getting a nice mirror shine on the thicker wire in my designs.
I know there are lots of different ways to polish jewelry, this is just one of the processes I use.
There are going to be more videos on polishing later, more like a tutorial style video and more in depth on some different tools that can be used.
This piece just ended up with such a nice polish I wanted to share the video I had on it.
Links for Sandpaper and Bristle Discs I use are on my website. - there are a lot of different options, I haven't explored them all yet.
These are the ones I use. 220 grit , 400 grit , pumice , 1 micron
They can be used on any rotary normal tool (dremel, flexshaft, maybe even a drill if it spins fast enough?)
I hope you enjoy the content!

Excellent information. Thank you for filming, editing and sharing your wonderful work with everyone.
Tbh I was thinking about this yesterday....ty for the upload 😀
Thank you for sharing! Super helpful I’ve never heard of bristle discs and when someone has insulted a dent in my wire work I say it’s antiqued thanks 😉💪🏻
That looks amazing! Thanks!
This is very informative. If you ever work with copper, could you create a video with your process of removing the patina? My past process was by using 0000 steel wool, by hand. Now, I use a Dremel, with the pink pumice wheels. Thank you for your tutorials and instructions.
Thank you! I don't really work with copper as much but it should be pretty much the same. What you're doing sound right and what I do after oxidizing my silver.
Thanks pops, quick question tho, what should I look for when considering buying a hand drill
Why not use the 6 micron?
