Both versions are good but I have a preference for my favorite, the Genesis/MegaDrive.

The soundtracks for both Uncharted Waters and New Horizons were composed by Yoko Kanno. The soundtrack for Uncharted Waters Online is based in part on those works.[19]
It's like they sent the dos version of uncharted straight to sega, while the SNES team spent some time on making it a refined package. Uncharted was originally a DOS/PC game.
I remember the SNES version is a bit buggy at times.
Ahh the good ol' Saygur Meggerdroive.
1. Both versions look good. The character portraits in the town dialogue looked well drawn. SNES has a weird overcast shadow effect when you enter buildings.
2. The Genesis version had better water animation in the cutscene. The sailing scrolling looked smoother also. According to the Snes version they slowly teleported across the ocean.
3. The music sounded about the same. The Genesis version had little more bass and louder percussion though.

no mega tem detalhes mais refinado perante ao 30% mais resolução, ja o super tem mais degrade, alguns background, mas ambos os jogos são feios iguais.
Snes version seems a bit more refined here.

First thing I'd do is turn the 'music' off if possible..wayyy worse on Snes.
SNES has better graphical presentation that gives it the edge.
The Mega Drive is better due to blast processing, which lacks on the Snes
For those who have never played, the game is kinda like Sid Meier's "Pirates!"...except without any of the fun or compelling gameplay.

esse era um daqueles jogos que vc alugava num sabado demanhã todo animado, para depois plugar a fita no console e ver seu entusiasmos cair por terra, e pior que isso, era ter que esperar chegar na segunda-feira para vc ir*** entregar a fita na maior preguiça do MUNDO

The terrible frame rate looks equally bad on both consoles.
Each one has strengths over the other, but who cares? Besides, you could be playing New Horizons or Pirates Gold instead.
The snes for menu games, the sega for action games. Simple as.

Sega`s looks like pre release beta. Not bcoz its worse or better, just as a fact. Snes version have nothin special that could not be on MD. Even music of snes is same as md. Its just devs somewhy just did so.

It doesnt matter where u play it, is really a very Bad and ugly game, Even from The days it was released, back in The days i,ve never wanted to play it, not Even now, yikes, is horrible in both consoles, graphically and The gampelay, im glad i never played it.

I think both versions are garbage. Who is interested in those shitty games? This is no popolus or theme park or an other great game in the same genre? Please ask your community whats they prefer, there are so much retrogames outside and you choose this crap?? Make a comparison for example: thunder force 3 md and the super nintendo AC version or turtles games on both systems or, or, or.........That would be interesting imo.
LOL, or you at least pay a little more attention and realize that the Thunder Force 3 and TMNT comparisons already happened… he’s done so many that he is running out of titles to compare!
