Abram Patrick Abesamis quite an issue that I’m still figuring out. For now I make sure to find one of my cellos at the destination by previously bringing it there (if it’s a common place to go to). The issue is about how cello cases are made (rigid or not) because their shoulder straps are always to high, leaving to much of the bag below the waist. Should I find a practical solution, I’ll let you know for sure!!
Dont bother with too many mods unless you plan to keep the bike until you run it to the ground. I dont find it to be worth it to modify any "starter" bike, except for exhaust maybe. You're never going to get it to go super fast and it will be very expensive just to squeeze a few extra horses or shave a few pounds off a bike made for commuting. You'll never make your money back when you re-sell it, in fact, stock bikes usually go for more money. Putting $3k In mods on a bike is not worth it to only put 3k-5k miles on it...I'd say wait until your second or third bike, when you really get a feel for what you like and how you like to ride. Then you can get your "dream" bike and make the appropriate mods. I'm sort of on that step now myself.

One thing our sweet boy, Hammy Doob, didn't mention is that going too much smaller on the front sprocket can cause faster wear on your chain and that sprocket because the chain is having to make a tighter turn around said sprocket. It's usually a safer bet to just change the rear (unless you're going for a specific ratio), and you're able to more finely tune the ratio since changing 1 tooth on the front is *roughly* the same as changing 3 teeth on the rear.
if you own a cruiser or touring bike look up Kuryakyn Swing Wing foot pegs. I have them on my 12' Yamaha Raider S cruiser. LOVE THEM! They swing out to give you multiple positions for your feet. So many positions, if you can't find a comfortable position with these pegs you can adjust the angle of them. GREAT PEGS and totally worth the $150. Don't forget to get the adapter for your make and model to go between the pegs and your bike.

I ride a cruiser and put on a Saddlemen Gel his & her seat. Hers, is about 50% wider then stock, and overall, WOW!!! Well worth the $$$ at around $400-500. I have standard non-ABS brakes on my Harley. Found a add on brake banjo bolt that has diaphragm an air pocket that allows standard brakes to perform more like ABS. I tested braking with an without this TCB (Traction Controlled Braking) system prevented wheel traction rear wheel side outs losing control! (either left or right side out depending on direction of turn out braking test) That meant much time saved in braking by not having to letting off on braking, regaining control, reapply brakes to stop, all eliminated by this TCB Braking system! Then, NATURALLY, on 101 here in Washington State on Oyster Fest (yearly event where people come from all over to pig out on seafood) car turned in front of flatbed truck, an movement to avoid car caused tractor/backhoe to fall off trailer an proceed to spin around on its side , with big tires on one end if tractor an big extended metal backhoe boom swing around in front of me! When I completed emergency stop I was never so happy to spend extra on this TCB system! Check them out! Tim p.s. instead of chrome I went with braking system upgrade an saved more than just chrome!

I got the throttle gizmo but hardly ever use it even on long rides. Foot peg rests...here in Qld Australia you can register your ride for single rider only, pegs for pillions have to be removed. My clever hubby welded them on the front I use them on long rides for stretch. Windshield? They be for kitty cats! Ha ha when I get old I’ll get one. Thanks for your vlogs. I enjoy 😉
Yammie had me clicking even faster with the jetski in the thumbnail. Kinda caught me off guard.
Awesome videos, I am a new rider and enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the fantastic work.
I'm gonna say this before I watch because I know its coming, Tank grips.
Edit: Why Yammie you always say get tank grips but not in this one for some reason...
I have a Air Hawk seat pad , used it on the TAT . Love it . Thank you for the wonderful video .
I d like your giveaways also in europe papa(italian fan)
Oh buddy; Heated grips, adjustable windscreen, enduro footpegs without rubber crap so you can stand up properly, titanium exhaust, aux lights, AX41 aggressive enduro tyres, handlebar raisers if you’re tall... that’s a BMW gs 1200 rally adventure, aka what dreams are made of! Recommend you try one out finally! The ducatista will become a beemerista.
Yammy is such big Inspiration for me to ride. Hopefully I can get there someday by getting an r3 or ninja 400
Think the best thing about these videos aside from good information, is that Yammy managed to say 700 words to make a point that could’ve been made in 3 lol I love it. Entertaining videos and great helpful content.
Gotta hit that 10 min mark lol
Can you talk about 125-150cc bikes 🙏
no
You Bangladeshi/Indian ?
I'm only a few weeks away from getting my first bike! A nice 2002 Suzuki SV 650. So hyped to finally be a part of this weird, yet awesome family! :D
When do we get some Yammie decals for our Rockets or some YammieLube Chain lube! :)
I ride a cruiser and put on a Saddlemen Gel his & her seat. Hers, is about 50% wider then stock, and overall, WOW!!! Well worth the $$$ at around $400-500. She can ride on back for hours and it made a big difference for me as well. Very easy to swap and just can’t say enough good things about it, really great improvement in comfort without affecting the seat of the pants feel.
Looks like I'm getting earlier and earlier! Oh and btw bought a 675 because of you! Haha
“Father Yam”?! Mayyyybe high pitched amusing third distant nephew Yam, but not a big daddy!
Another 1:30sec to get beyond the irrelevant giveaway promos. On the verge of not watching any yammie vids. Please put "bike giveaway" stuff at the end. I've really enjoyed you work Yam... just having trouble enjoying it recently.
Kim Brisbane -Or you could just skip the first 1:30 of each video and not worry about it.
A key fob banging on the top triple clamp makes baby Jesus cry.
Is a mega dank nooner with a buddy called a “mega dank spooner nooner”?
😂🍻
😜🤣
Love my throttle wrist-rest...don't leave home without it!
Anyone notice the thumbnail is a Sea-Doo Spark handle with palm rests
Yup :p thought I was the only one :)
I was searching for what those were. Thanks :D
Good mods. I did a San Antonio to Lake Dallas ride for my first big ride. Hands were numb for weeks.
Can’t believe he didn’t mention tank grips
Wal-Mart sells a $25 gel seat cushion. Made a World of difference riding from Northern Minnesota to Southern Texas.
Video starts at 1:40 everyone -_-
I have standard non-ABS brakes on my Harley.
Got a ktm rc390 today, and it's all your fault ):

Vortex Sprockets, ebc race breaks, corsa 2 tires, xplane R1 custom tune, danos performance QuickShifter, led headlights (if you like riding at night) my favorite mods all under 200 except the tires on my 09 R1
Halfway through I thought I had watched this video yesterday then realized that from 4:40 on this video is just FortNine's video from a year ago almost verbatim ua-cam.com/video/i92TqZUMUmc/v-deo.html
I can't live without a tardy tail. Bumper stickers go on the helmet, in the front, over the visor. Replaced my motorcycle wheels with bicycle wheels, which were much lighter. Thanks my noob.
I take ur advise and 1 up. Footpegs are now ski skates!
Did anyone else notice how in the thimb nail it was jetski😂
It's a Sea Doo Spark Trixx to be precise
Papa Yam... bow about another 50 motorcycle facts we didn't know video. It's been a while but I want to see the physical manifestation of my Papa's intellect.
Why do you have a picture of a seadoo spark trixx as the thumbnail of a motorcycle video papa yams
Because he's a f'ing noob.
Water motorcycle
Ez
Top tip.........Drive your motorcycle to the nearest motorcycle dealer, select a motorcycle, haggle with the dealer for a part exchange with your motorcycle, do the deal then simply ride ride off into the sunset, and I guarantee this motorcycle will feel like a totally different bike than before. :)
Anyone else notice the thumbnail is a jet ski?
I use the cheap wrist rest It really helps while using thick winter gloves.
Yammie sounds like he’s about to trade in the Daytona for a gold wing
If he goes a bagger route I feel like he would benefit more from trying the Indian Challenger out. Both are expensive and comfy, and the power output is nearly the same though the GW edges it out. From what I've seen/heard even from GW owners/riders they like the feel of the Challenger a lot more. But I don't know if Yammie cares too much about the feel of V-twins. His buddy might like it a lot though even though they made a video crapping on Indian about it lol, he even loves the Scout to boot.
my dad built a foot rest for his 83 Magna, and he seems to love it. and he has the throttle rest.
Ripped straight of off F9's video...
Love you yam! Always top quality and helpful videos
It definitely IS NOT a free bike giveaway if you are charging everyone money to enter your drawing!! Thats pretty fake if you ask me but thats cool it suits who you are! #MakeItFree
You can literally enter in for free. Clearly reading comprehension is not your forte. Check our Patreon page
Nice edit to the patreon🤫 I see whatcha did there😜
any giveaway is free squidlet
Yamster.....you ment you can pick the throttle rockers up at most local shops for fairly cheap because without your local shop.. you won't have parts on hand when you need them!
