But i must say those handouts should be cut down gradually and eventually comes to a stop. It is also good for the Malays too. Just as the saying goes, if you spoon feed your child, you are hindering your child to learn to be independent and he/she cannot grow up to be a better person. I guess the Malays also wont want to be spoon fed that way.
