- Crab Rangoon is so good and I have to order them when I'm eating Chinese food. I decided to turn this into a grilled cheese instead!!! This is SO good and so easy to make.

Imitation crab is nasty! You have to put all the other stuff in there just to try and make it taste better. Thanks for your video's but yuk on this one.
Onlychevis,, you must eat at upscale Chinese restaurants. Lol. National grocery stores use imitation crab in their deli crab salad❤. Do you eat hotdogs? Do you know how hotdogs are made😂. 35 years ago I worked in a pork processing plant, I can tell you how all your favorite lunch meats are made!❤🤣🤣🤣

I love imitation crab. Sometimes I bring it to work with some cocktail sauce. I'll have to try it with the Tai sauce cause I like that too. I definitely am going to make this

We don't really have texas toast in California. There is like a garlic bread version in the freezer section but not just a bag. But hey, make your own bread and you can cut it as thick as you want.

I've gotta get in the kitchen to make more of my bbq sauce for the flavor I'm out of but I had to watch this video before I slave over the hot stove lol. Who'd of thunk to mix "crab meat" with cream cheese, the other stuff you mixed in and do what you just served up off that griddle? You have a winner there Matt but you already new that as you described it in your new language called "mumble speak" after you took the bite with the sweet Tai chili sauce lol. We love sweet Tai chili sauce as well...good on a lot of different foods 😋
Hey Hussey, I'm in Texas, north of Dallas. Never had any crab or fake crab in crab rangoon, only cream cheese. I think it gets its name from the way it is folded - to resemble a crab! Nice vid! great creativity.
They def used to be called and have crab in them but I have noticed more and more that places will just have cream cheese rangoon now. I just blame it on being cheaper these days.

It makes a good pizza a well, and per Alton Brown at least in that configuration the fake crab works better than real crab.

Most times there are, you just don't see it. I think they blend or puree the meat, cheese, and onion. If you see the mixture, there's some green flecks in it.
