Thanks for the tour!! I am in the process of reorganizing and arranging my soap lab! ~jc
You’re so welcome!! I know I loved seeing how everyone setup their soap studios!! 🤍
Hi Bethany, thank you so much for sharing your soap making studio and helpful info!
I am really considering a couple of Digiboils for my hard oils, but before I take the plunge, wanted to ask if you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2?
I’ve seen quite a few comments on the Gen 2 that mentioned an E 3 error and the device overheating to a dangerous level, but they were also melting waxes for candles, so I’ve been trying to find info about melting Palm & Coconut oils, which only need to be liquid and about 95-98 degrees for my recipes. Thanks in advance and your soap lab is just wonderful!!
Enjoyed the tour of your place….
I’m fairly new to soaping and if I could ask a question about the bakers rack and pans…please correct me if I’m wrong - but I thought with the plans being aluminum that I couldn’t use them to cure? Everything that I’ve watched says that there would be a reaction from the lye/aluminum. Because I would like to use the bakers rack and especially the pans with the small holes in them to cure soaps. Can you set this girl straight.
Thank you
Hi!! Such a good question! We opted for the stainless steel pans!
@@mazzeltovfarms Great didn't see an option for stainless steel. Thanks so much for the quick response too. Ya'll have a great day
@@user-ms6vi3ns9i Yes!! They have stainless steel options 🤍 They work great!!
Hi, where’d you get the “done rack” from?
Hi!! They are old classroom cabinets!
@@mazzeltovfarms thanks for replying, I’ve been looking for some deep shelves.
You’re so welcome!!
For someone just starting out in the business, how many “core” scents would you recommend they have?
I would say around 10-12 core scents is a good amount! I find too many choices overwhelm people.
Thank you for the reply/info! Your shop looks great btw, definitely gonna keep the layout in mind down the road
