@@MrIanSellers Definitely not. This stuff is scripted to incredibly minute detail and ai isn't intelligent so can't reason what makes a joke works, all it can do is predictive text plus a wonky impression of the delivery. AI is famously bad at comedy.
Alan’s self interview and simultaneous take down of Simon and seamless segue into the phone in is utterly sublime. “The world doesn’t revolve around you…you’re not the moon.”
There are very few things I can watch over again that make me laugh. The timing of Coogan and Key is "first class". I agree 100% with the last comment "Mid Morning Matters" would be amazing if it was a radio station.
Anyone who criticises and dislikes this new content of Alan I have no respect or time for them. I've seen people say "this isn't like old partridge I don't like how facial expressions" Those comments are redudent and frankly boring. His new stuff is hilarious and evolved. Why would he just parody his old stuff? Its called evolution of a character and Alan is older now and trying to fit in with social norms. I actually prefer his MMM stuff over his original stuff. All amazing content but the currently stuff just highlights Steve Coogans comedic timing and cleverness my issue is if you don't like the new stuff guess what? You don't have to click and watch the content. There is absolutely no need to rag on his current stuff and pretend like yes made a mistake because he hasn't. Some of the current stuff has made me laugh more than the very early Alan stuff
After shooting dead Clive Anderson Noel Edmonds is still very much at large. However some speculate that after he escaped from the murder scene in a helicopter, he flew off to Cornwall, and smashed into the sea in a big ball of flames.
God id give anything for Alan to have an actual radio station show we could tune into 🤣
That would be incredible.
Surely AI is good enough now to create this somehow 🤞
You only have to listen to local radio in the USA to hear lots of Partridgisms. [I dropped a few myself when I was an on-air personality!]

Arguably peak Partridge this incarnation.
'this time' being one of his worst
A stiff dose of pure Partridge.
Abso-bloody-exactly
"...the answer is, a beef tomato...and here is, Mick Hucknall"
Such an underrated link.
Along with 'a very unpleasant individual. A bit like.... Jamiroqoui!'
Lovely stuff!!!
What were you having? A panic attack! 😂😂😂😂😂
I could listen to the Bill Oddie scenario every day of my life and still find it hilarious 😂
You wouldn't have found it funny if you were the young couple from the north east on a city break
Goodie Goodie Yum Yum 😋
Jimmy Carr made some funny Bill jokes with Sean 😂 - They were all mean but still.. a Pisser ❤🎉
Take the floor... You have the floor... The floor is yours
Scything like a bearded Catherine wheel
“And that’s a relish” so definitive
... mustard then
I love the intensity of "Kev in Norwich!" - He is so into this bit
Alan's sad story had me in stitches when I first saw it. Absolute genius writing.
You haven't lost it Alan! I don't care what they say!
"she sounds like she's being touched on a bus" lmao I lost it
I actually think this is the best Partridge version
Definitely.
"The world doesn't revolve around you. You're not the moon!"
Moon!
Nothing greater than great banter. Its great.
It really is
Love the shakiness in his voice with 'The Independent' after the "mammary gland" mishap lol
All the love went from his eyes....
Alan’s self interview and simultaneous take down of Simon and seamless segue into the phone in is utterly sublime.
“The world doesn’t revolve around you…you’re not the moon.”
Edmonds.
Lovely stuff! Simon is amazing ❤😂😂
@@readventurekidsThe Russians saved my their leather jackets.... Damn! 😂
How do the other actors keep a straight face when Alan is telling the Bill Oddie terrorist story? 😂😂
There's bloopers for this. They broke...a lot!
We cleared the cave 😂😂😂
It's good this, isn't it? Even though we're basically just listing Partridge quotes
We’re riffing….. we’re jamming
Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.
But it's still funny... It's still surrealy funny
I may have liked this twice, once on an old account, once now. This deserves both. Truly fantastic.
'like a lazy forklift truck driver' - sublime
Partridge in its purest form.
I'm gutted I missed that phone-in on Panel Beating.
Me too 😂😂
He's a national treasure.
Btw, he has a podcast - no new episodes lately but there's a bunch of old ones.
"There have been times when I have been more rubbery than turgid." Absolute banger.
the actor who plays terri cohen is amazing
I would love to see Alan interview David Brent!!!!!
“I’ve got to send this to Jonathon Ross”😂

I have watched this sooooooo (Alan voice) many times. Never fails to cheer me up
The list of things we don’t see anymore. I totally lost it.
Was it hula hoops (the toy not the crisp) or hula hoops (the crisp not the toy)?
You don't see an old man having a Twix...
You know it's amazing the number of people who still think the petrol cap to a Ford Focus is on the offside rear.
It is though
Whats an offside?
@noka79 the side of the car furthest from the kerb, nearside being the closest
ONE person gave this video a dislike. In seven months! Such is the Power of Partridge [tm].
And thats was only because he had fat fingers.
"Jesus not now" 😅
Love how eccentric Alan had become in this, seems to have normalised a bit in the later stuff, not that I don’t enjoy it
By far his bes AP series..not a single moment went to waste..incredible
Is the SAS guy barry from 4 lions?
And 'Peacecap Johnson the sub-mental' from the 'Science' episode of Brass Eye who wanted Buzz Aldrin to "come back and clean my dirty"
34:40 : Get well soon Eddie Shadow - Shepherd.....
Everyone has a favourite gland killed me
That straw scene was one of the most excruciating things I've ever watched. 😂
Tommy gaskell plays that role so well. Never been anywhere but talks a good talk
"That's not a condiment, it's a hot sauce." Said with such intense disdain.
Great banter, really is 😂
Aye ya cheeky tit 😅
Alan doing a nature documentary with Bill Oddie would be legendary!
“That’s not a condiment it’s a hot sauce.”
And this is GREAT Banteerrrr!
We've all got our favourite gland
Tim key is genius... which muppet
Excellent, it really is.
And I was glad!
"Bearded Catherine wheel" 😂😂😂
18:17 kills me everytime
Like many women of the time she was a stay at home mum.

These videos are really good. One might say that it's mustard

After shooting dead Clive Anderson Noel Edmonds is still very much at large. However some speculate that after he escaped from the murder scene in a helicopter, he flew off to Cornwall, and smashed into the sea in a big ball of flames.

Can you post the OASTHOUSE Radio 📻 show / book read pls he does in FULL ? ❤ It vanished
It’s available from audible. As is the new book Alan Partridge Big Beacon, it’s very good
What does “panel beating” mean?
Knocking dents out of cars.
Have you put up bus..fares.? Oh, and by the way, who invented the skip?
I actually like north Norfolk 💕
Twitcher’s jerkin.
repeat and adapt 😂😂
How much of this is scripted? Most of it I suspect but surely some is spontaneous.. and ad libbed ...
I always assumed that they workshopped some of it, which gives it an improvised feel, but that it's all scripted. That's only my opinion, though.
Everything was worked out in great detail beforehand.
Steve Coogan confirmed in an interview that everything is meticulously planned beforehand. Even pauses and tonality.
Alan is teetering on Tim and Eric style of humor.... Abso.... Lutely
Did that man hurt the Muppets?
