材料:少許五香粉、半勺胡椒粉、5勺生抽、2塊南乳、2勺白糖、3片薑片、少許清水、1勺麻油、5片湿腐竹皮
1)把少許五香粉、半勺胡椒粉、5勺生抽、2塊南乳、2勺白糖、3片薑片、少許清水倒入锅中煮至浓稠加入1勺麻油即可出锅
2)湿腐竹皮,把它对半剪开然后涂上一层酱汁,往内折成长方形就可以了,在左右边插上牙签
3)放入盘,蒸5分钟,后放凉大约半小时
4)热油,把腐竹皮下锅炸至两面金黄色捞出备用
5)香喷喷的斋鹅就做好了❤️
