I used to really dislike white interiors and exteriors but the last few years I've really grown to like it. White with black trim is where it's at.

I’m not hating because I know stucco is a west coast thing and the rest of you buildings on the property are already stucco, but I can’t stand stucco. It’s still neat to see the process though👍.
I live in Arizona and I love how it looks, even done it to the block walls in the backyard and it’s great.

Woodpeckers i can see as beneficial on a tree. They are looking for bugs, or they make a nest in a tree. But on a house or deerblind when its lumber milled. Yeah that would make me mad. I kind of like stucco. Better then vinyl siding. I think siding is kind of like wall paneling. Cheap way of covering up major mistakes.
I like stucco, brick, and treated lumber thats painted or metal (aluminum) for siding.

Good thing you mentioned that wood peckers did that to the hunting blind. I was just about to start to redo the siding on my house with that hardy sideing due to wood peckers of my own.. now to re-evaluate my options on material to use! 🤦♂️🤷♂️

You have all those ants around that's why woody is around your house use diatomaceous clay from a pool supply it's rough texture shreds ants quick fleas and ticks non toxic around dogs animals

Most Mikes I meet are hard workers andlike to get things done. My dad Mike helped develop Victory Park in Dallas,Golden Triangle Mall and other projects as a Controller until job was no more. He even went out to near Alliance Airport to work in Oil Fields! I have strong Belief that if someone named Mike is helping you it will be done quickly and efficiently

100% the clean modern look is the best. Old school style is perfect for the old historic buildings.
Ryan for the woodpeckers use some shiny strips like foil or reflective tape that flap around could do them on each corner.
Hey Ryno is it cheaper to build a little shed like this the way you’ve done it with wood and “stucco” ?
Is there any reason why you wouldn’t build a steel frame shed with sheet metal walls and just insulate it ?
Being from Australia iv never seen a shed built this way.
In saying this I guess it all goes with matching the house haha
Those sheds are common, but I consider them temporary. Eventually they rust out, doors are hard to open, etc. this will last the lifetime of the house and adds value to the property.
