not to mention. you are NOT supposed to move these with weight inside them. if they moved the house while it was still full of furniture and items. big big BIG no no. the frame will most likely fail during transportation with all the extra weight of a persons items inside. the frame was NOT designed to move under these circumstances so NO WONDER the axle broke.

Once you pull the trailer out of the trailer park the transport company is responsible for any unexpected issues to transport it. That's why some are demoed on sight. It's not safe to transport and it's against the law to transport un safe mobile homes. With that said dose anyone have a used trailer they could donate to this elderly lady. She really needs help.
By looking at that wreck looks like the trailer yard just just used there yard tractor and draged it from the trailer yard next door, he its a Wall mart gives it some more class
It sounds like they were going to try to fix the broken axle and didn't make it back before somebody tried to either steal it or the people tried to move it themselves damaging it so I don't believe the people responsible for the trailer being actually left there is the Repo Company it's whoever moved it after the Repo Company left it

Just by looking at it from the exterior, anyone in their right mind knows that it’s not in any shape to be moved even an inch. Only demolition if it has to be taken but not like a car you tow away then after the person makes the necessary payments they can have it back. These are called mobile but can only be moved once or within a few years from the manufacture date due to rust/corrosion etc of the frame and overall structure of the walls over the years.

The company that was hired and took it away is legally responsible for relocating it. The only time a person gets evicted is for several non payments and I'm sure they were taken to court, that's the way it works. If people felt bad and let people live on their properties for free they lose all their money they put in and they suffer and lose everything they worked hard for. There's alot of people out there too that should be helping their parents more. If you can't financially, then take your parent in with you. And additional help needs to be available for seniors with no families as well when it comes to a place to live. They shouldn't be put out until there's something else waiting for them that they can afford and giving at least a year to save up period.
Mobile homes are supported by about 10 pillars as well as being attached to water , power sewage. The repo co didn't just hitch up and drive away, it takes about a 1/2 a day to move so the occupants had enough warning.

Well the repo company took the job and responsibility of moving the trailer. Their insurance is on the hook for all loses. I guess they pay off what is owed and what owner has paid along with loss of property.

The company that was hired and took it away is legally responsible for relocating it. The only time a person gets evicted is for several non payments and I'm sure they were taken to court, that's the way it works. If people felt bad and let people live on their properties for free they lose all their money they put in and they suffer and lose everything they worked hard for. There's alot of people out there too that should be helping their parents more. If you can't financially, then take your parent in with you. And additional help needs to be available for seniors with no families as well when it comes to a place to live. They shouldn't be put out until there's something else waiting for them that they can afford and giving at least a year to save up period.
Mobile homes are supported by about 10 pillars as well as being attached to water , power sewage. The repo co didn't just hitch up and drive away, it takes about a 1/2 a day to move so the occupants had enough warning.

Well the repo company took the job and responsibility of moving the trailer. Their insurance is on the hook for all loses. I guess they pay off what is owed and what owner has paid along with loss of property.

You have a right to sue them for moving the trailer without telling you you have the right to sue them for the damages of the trailer and the axle they could have waited instead of moving it without your authorization you not being there and going in and taking personal items without asking did not give them the authorization so they are responsible for anything that's missing in the mobile home make sure you talk to a lawyer about your civil rights and your mothers it is important because you have an open lawsuit possibly ask them because this is out of control obstruction of a trailer that did not belong to others they had no legal rights to move it until you had someone to move it from where it was your rights and your civil rights have been violating by a landlord who used others to do his dirty Work saying that someone owed $10,000 he needs to show proof of it or stop making up the story he's a scammer he's scamming you guys for money you would have paperwork and so would your mom stating how much you've already put out go back and look at the paperwork if they haven't removed it from the trailer because if they have they violated your personal constitutional rights and privacy it is also discrimination
