I think a lot of fans forget how these successful franchises suffered in the beginning building the infrastructure up to sustain success. Patience and being realistic is going to be huge with this front office. This first draft is just one of many building blocks.

Charles is on top of things as always. Top Golf, BRILLIANT. DQ said when he first got here he wants to get to know the man inside the helmet. Listen to what these coaches and other leadership is saying. They are telling you who they are and what they are looking for. DONT ACT SURPRISED. Who is the true leader when these top prospects get together.
Charles davis is listening to and looking at logan paulsen and i feel if i could read his mind hes seeing someone who could be a game analyst on a network like he is. Maybe davis will give him a call and some advice about pursuing that if paulsen wants it (which i would guess he does want it)

Fans are already expecting too much, the key is to just start from bottom with this draft, and keep building. This should be 2026. That’s when we should start to really see the progress. I’m Not expecting anything huge with a rookie QB. Stroud was an outlier, not the norm, before him a rookie that played that well was Marino. That was 84? So, yeah, just looking to be competitive and build the roster finally in a good way.
2025. If we don't have a winner by 2025, most likely this would indicate we need to move on (only a handful of successful teams ever did so with a coach who did not field a winner by year two). Sirianni has never not fielded a playoff team and there are Philidelphia fans ready to move on. KC had a 2-14 season in 2012 and has not had even a losing one since. McVay took over a 4-12 Rams and had them win the division in year 1. Heck, go back to the 1950s and you'll find that a rebuild that takes 3 or more years is likely to just lead to another rebuild. Yes, Harbaugh had 3 straight non-playoff years but this was after a SB win. So you get that luxury.
@@glensmith491? Ex-GM Bobby Bethard (worked with 2 HOF coaches - Shula/Gibbs) recently did an interview for Commanders.
He said, after study (Texans!) that for a team to have a 3-year turnaround, the team needs to have 10 good players before starting. And that Commanders don't have 10!
He stated, Texans had 10 good players...
@@escaped1534 Bobby was GM for two coaches that were somewhat successful. Gibbs had a winner in year 2 (and a 500 team his first year) and Ross fielded a winner in his first year after taking over a team with just 4 wins the year before. We are talking about the coach, not the GM and how long that specific coach should take before fielding a team that shows signs, not is necessarily a winner (though I did choose that standard). Further, Bobby was around Shula who took over a 3 win team and got 10 wins in his first season. George Allen, the Redskins coach/gm previous to Bobby, took over a 6 win team and had them in the playoffs in his first year.
Now, yes, sometimes GMs get more years to build a winner but if 2025 is not a good year, odds are we that have a new coach in 2026 or will have to wait quite a few more years until a return to glory.
If you get the QB right you have a chance to be a playoff team and possible SB contender. Get it wrong and you’ll be 8-9,9-8 at best. It’s not just drafting the right QB, you must have the proper foundation to support the QB and i don’t just mean good players, the system and coaches must be superb. We don’t know anything except our defense will improve significantly under DQ. Offensively we will see.

After JD saying whats on His mind, His support team seen that it was going to hurt His draft stock. So they hired a damage control firm to repair His image. The thing we need to remember is that after the fifth season He will most likely leave to go to the Radars. Maye on the other hand will develop into a top QB that will want to stay and we get a top QB for 10 year. LOOK past the noise and see the future.
The reason why airlines do that is because people are hard of hearing... Its always a few idiots that act like they didnt hear shit.... the next time you fly...listen to the flight attendant say, please stay seated with your seat belt fastened... listen for all the clicks and then standing...😂
