The change of staff alone makes the team exponentially better. Don’t let that fact get overlooked. On the field is influenced by a better sideline, which works in conjunction with a better front office. This isn’t fluff. This is the norm now.

I think teams will feel that they played us, the next day. I want them coming here and dreading facing the physicality of our play. Too many times we saw players standing around waiting for someone else to make the play; run them down, make the tackle. We won't have that this year.
