Back in the 1960's when all of us kids were teenagers , my sister "VICKI" would make
some peanut butter rolls that looked just like those featured @14:14 , except that they
were so rich and sweet that you could only eat a maximum of three as the sugar level
in each one was incredibly high ! They were so good though ! YUM !!!

I never ate at either of my grandmother's as my paternal grandmother died when I was only five
and as for my maternal grandmother i didn't care much for her cooking but I ate a lot at several
of my aunts however and they had a lot great food like this especially with potatoes and other
such meals so for me it was my own mom and my aunts who I ate food from than grandma's
but still Thanks for the Delicious Memories.😋🥔🍟🍟🥔😋

Most of these dishes were new to me. Most of those old soda can were new to me also. I sure would have loved to try Pepsi Kona even though it bombed badly according to you. You have given me some great ideas to try. I really enjoyed this video. Thanks for making it.

Not potatoes but we lived off Cambells Beef & Beans, spread on slice of white bread, slice of veleta or like cheese on top, broiled in oven till cheese black. Gone from the 70's, I think I might recreate the Beef & Beans from memory, maybe improve. This was often our meal during the times hit hard by inflation.

That there were not scallops in scalloped potatoes makes me question all of the video.

Scalloped means having a curved edge. It's used in sewing to make a curved edge in a garment or tablecloths.

@18:14 : says "MUFFIN PAN POTATO STACKS" and should be "TARLET or "POTATO
    AND CHEESE BAKE" .
@17:07 : says "MUFFIN PAN POTATO STACKS" .

Why do you repeat so many recipes? Call it 50 recipes, for petes sake, and say it only once.

Sweet potatoes are NOT potatoes. Sweet potatoes are NOT EVEN related to potatoes.

Love the channel but I'm starting to think the creator is a grandma herself the way she talks about them. Unfortunately, not all grandma's are/were good cooks. And some of the one's that aren't good cooks, don't try to improve their cooking either because they think they are excellent cooks. And don't you dare to disagree! My mom would have been such a grandma. fortunately, I never started having children 😁
