That scene from Prison Without Walls where Venger slaps away Lukions attack was the best I've seen. Venger was known for deflecting attacks in this series. If you look he's done it many times. But that was one of the best ones in my opinion.
3:15 "...they are witches. And they will destroy you if you don't destroy them first." Looks like Venger has been studying American politics of the 21st century.
There is no best death scene. Multiple times he appears to have met his doom, only to comeback with a vengeance...bc he's Venger😁. That scene is one one of my favorites in the series, however, with him looming threatening over the kids as if he could reach out and extinguish them, but must retreat to recuperate "I will rise again." Best disguise is when he played the halfling guide, second would be when he pretended to be Merlin. Still gave the video a 👍 bc Venger is one of my favorite cartoon villains. Thank you for the video.
If you're curious about finding this particular: 80's Saturday Morning Fantasy Series..., its worth a gander(ESPECIALLY with Peter Cullen, as the Evil Venger(& aka, the Good Optimus Prime[voice actor]))! His performances were EXCELLENT, in BOTH Venues(& Many Others)! 🤔,😉
I love venger there's a Pokémon called absol that has one horn on the side of his head just not his left his right side of his head and it's blue not red
It definitely has the evil prime sound to it. Am I the only one who still wants a shattered glass series? We have so many standard series at least give us one shattered glass reference the the rumored animated s4 ep.
From his wardrobe, to his wings, to his horn, the color palette, his steed (Nightmare), capped off by his voice (Peter Cullen), and then the name Venger, they absolutely had the perfect combination to create the GREATEST MOST BADASS CARTOON VILLAIN OF ALL TIME!!!
In Transformer Shattered Glass, fiction writers Trent Troop and Greg Sepelak have said that evil Optimus sounds like Venger, the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon villain voiced by Peter Cullen.
The best "animerican" cartoon i have seen. One moment you're is missing when some warrors fight against Venger and all end in an atomic explosion and you can see a giant ghost of Venger going up in the sky with the ghosts of the warriors flying with him. It was epic.
In my country , Brazil , the avenger was voiced by the fantastic Orlando Drummond , one of the most beautiful and powerful voices of our voice actors .
Awkward when Optimus goes to the darkside. Found out Peter Cullen do the voice of Venger. And more awkward that the 5 headed dragon voice by Megatron voice actor.
as soon as you put Best Venger Death, I immediately thought "Its gotto be Dark Haven being destroyed in Day of the Dungeon Master" and sure enough it was there, Awesome, Love that Death! SideNote* Vengers Heroic Disguise in the Last Illusion was super cool, especially his voice! love your List! :)
This "Best Of . . ." collection was fun to watch. In addition, it will prove a useful resource for "D&D-C" fan fiction writers. While it is easy for me to draw comparisons between Venger and Voldemort from "Harry Potter," the final scene ("Best Behavior," from 5:31 onward,) shows most how the two evil wizards are most different. Unlike Lord Voldemort, Venger seems to have a code of honor, of sorts. And that makes all the difference. Thanks for posting this, Rana. And welcome back!
@(around) 2:22 "best stylish attack" I most definitely agree and would have voted for the exact same scene. I always thought it was so cool how Veng just slapped away the spell and had another of his own immediately waiting. Classic & cool. Good stuff
Venger 'died' many times. But I agree with this video - his 'death' in Day of the Dungeon Master was certainly the best. The way his 'spirit' lifts into the air and then he goes to grab the kids. I remember watching this on TV when I was a kid very well. Venger is the best. And I'm pleased to say, he's just as good to watch as an adult!
Something that occurs to me... Venger has obviously visited the Underworld before, due to his minions being there, thus he can visit there again some other time. Thanks to the excursion in that episode, he also now knows the way to the Heart of Dawn. So, why doesn’t he go there again after that episode when DM and co aren’t around and drink from the pool then? Surely it would give him a powerful boost even though his magic had already been restored...
This is apparently what Shattered Glass Optimus Prime would sound like.

The authors of the original Shattered Glass comic have already confirmed that this voice is canon.

Incredible voice talent Peter Cullen! I still get goose bumps today hearing Venger’s voice-40 years later!!!
“Some guy in a dress” 😂
He sounds so much like Optimus, I can't dislike him.
Venger:"Summon Your Destruction!"
Cindarr:"You think that I'm stupid?"
The only childhood villain that still scares me as an adult. A masterful characterization and portrayal of Evil with a capital "E".

Venger, walking like he knows it and using base in his voice. I drool at the sound of the big, bad mcfadee all the time.
