OH JOY, Time Limit. Possibly one of the most hated missions in Ace Combat history, and I can certainly see why. The volatility mechanic is highly disruptive, and you've got little chance to evade a missile from those asshole Tomcats if you don't track them beforehand. And then there's the people that forget you're only clear after you actually dump all bombs and NOT just after the high-g meter disappears, with explosive results.
It does have a pretty good dogfight at the end, which is nice. But the problem with that is you run a real risk of getting shot down and starting all over...

The only good part of this level is after you drop that godawful neutralizing agent and proceed to strike the fear of God into those sneering Leasath dickweeds.

The moment I dropped my sp weapons and started kicking ass was heavenly.., hearing the sound of despair in the enemy radio chatter was like jazz music to me 💕
So they made nearly a hundred of those neutralizing agents instead of perfecting the delivery device.. What the hell?! I'm find if they made 10 units of those things.
This was difficult enough on an emulator where you can save and load during a mission anytime. I can't imagine how hard it must have been on the actual psp where one if you make one false move you have to restart from the entire beginning.

According to the briefing in "Time Limit" of Ace Combat X: Special forces of Leasath military are using biological weapons and you need to neutralize them. The neutralizer is in a very unstable delivery device due to time constraints in preparation and can explode under high G or excessive acceleration.
THE ACTUAL TRUTH: You have to take out biological nerve agents spread by enemies. In order to conserve Aurelia forces aviation fuel, your fuel tank is halfway filled with nitroglycerine instead. XD
Game: Because you let the enemy take Port Patterson, even for a tiny bit of time, you now have less fuel, so we decided to fill the tank with explosives so that it weighs the same. Why did you do that? Fuck you, that's why.

I did it on my first try and it is fun
Including the part where i cry-laughing after 6th attempt
For some reason i got an S rank on my third try (or fourth i don't know).
You want to avoid this mission everyone, took striking point/wasteland (and come to think of it, those vehicle might be one that go to Santa Elva)
To be honest I raged like Hulk over this mission back then.
The thing about the neutralizing bombs is that it has a "drag mechanic" of sorts. You pretty much have to give it a second or two to catch up and then let it fly with you if you wanted to go faster or slower. And judging how fast you allowed to go with the neutralizing bombs is tricky, more so if someone is looking to speedrun this particular level.

I love this cause it makes you pay attention to the AoA load and not many ace Combats Do That !
I don't know why (and I might piss all of you off), but I found this one easy. In fact, imo I'd say A Diversion is harder.
Then again, I did do it on Easy mode...at least now that it's over I can finally enjoy Operation X. :^)
Time Limit is NOTHING compared to A Diversion when trying to protect all helis. I've played 04, 5, 6, Zero, x2, and X, and I had to put it on EASY to get that medal.
I only had two planes bought by the time i play A Diversion: XFA-27 and the Apalis. Failed alot of times with the former, but then i switch to the Apalis again with XAGM and i did just fine

Playing this fucking mission on ace difficulty is absolutely disgustingly hard to do, been trying it and always smth fucks me up. Once I ran out on ammo on both missiles and cannon because they evaded like world champion cheaters (which they kinda are), from time to time they decide to shoot a missile at me which is not evadable, or I crash into a building, don't manage to hit the target, ect... Fuck this but how else can I get the fenrir if not for unlocking all missions? Maybe I could try to re-do all the missions in easy mode to unlock that particular mission again and do it then???
Ah and one thing more, if they would have lifted off the limitation right after all the poison is neutralized, then I wouldn't have been fucking shot down right 2-4 seconds before the limit restriction being taken off of you, damn it. I mean why do they talk like what feels like 3 minutes, just lift it off after the enemy confirms that there is no poison anymore, bruh this is a maddening mission
Imo this mission is in the most fucked up situation. There is a reinforcement in the desert, and shipment that upgrades a super weapon is being delivered to the capitol, the enemy is atacking another capitol.

What happened to the Gleipnir on this path? I can't keep up with them all.
7C isn't a Gleipnir mission, it's set after its destroyed, it's just in the same city.

7C wasn't that bad of a mission, It was simply a less fun (but still is fun) version of AC5's Reprisal. I was able to beat on Ace with an F-4E (S-Rank, naturally).
FUCK MISSION 9B WITH THE FORCE OF A THOUSAND SUNS. THE HELICOPTERS ARE TOO FUCKING SLOW.
The Reprisal at least much fun because rockin tunes and you don't have to worry about that G-Force

If the meter fills up, you explode. But you still can't turn hard after it disappears, only after your bombs do.
