You forgot the start where Tommy the clown ask for the password to enter the classroom. It’s referencing gate keeping the 5 elements of hiphop so that they never get culture vultures like the owl dude. In the class room you have representation of DJ when Tommy goes to start the music at the turntable , representation of dance, representation of graffiti art work , representation of spirituality when the bible is being passed around and representation of mc’ing. Basically hiphop should not make it easy for people to come in and traffic out the culture.

For those doubting the caged bird poem reference, not only is that poem one of the most popular poems of all time, making it extremely hard to not think of it when looking at a caged bird, Kendrick is also a documented fan of her work. He’s already referenced that poem before. And featured her in his song “Sing about me.” She’s the voice mentoring the young man at the end skit.

When I started seeing Angel Numbers I was scared because it was 666, until I looked up what it meant in Numerology, which means to Relfect, it also says that all numbers belong to God. but that Journey has led me to do my own research and ask God for guidance. Because I would normally rely on persons in authority to Tell me what to do and how to think, so my Journey led me to becoming an independant thinker. I'm now seeing new Angel numbers, so I'm guessing a new Journey is beginning for me. Always talk to God and ask for Wisdom when reading anything including the Bible.

If he was referencing Maya Angelou’s Caged Bird Poem - then it sounds like he’s saying Drake is going to sing on everybody involved in the trafficking once it all comes to light.
The shipping containers painted White is also a metaphor for our culture being whitewashed! Hence the dancers dancing in them and around them. And the tightrope woman scene was a connection to the early scenes from Tommy and his crew, prison, shipping containers to the Block party and his family, I could be off but that's how I took that! The hop scotch scene was also a reference to being with minors because you only see kids playing that game. The tight rope scene was a visual representation of Drake's album cover of him in the sky

I don’t know how you see a bird in a cage and don’t immediately think “I know why the caged bird sings.” Thats the first thing I thought of. Maya Angelou is actually featured in the song “sing about me. Dying of thirst.” She’s the voice mentoring the young man at the end skit.
