    Material:
    Cream cheese 250g
    Fresh cream 165g
    Low-gluten flour 10g
    Sugar 65g
    2 eggs (about 92g)
    Frozen blueberries 100g (you can omit if you want to make the original flavor)

    請問藍莓是有先用果汁機打過嗎
    因為感覺除了果肉還有汁

      藍莓沒有先用果汁機打過,我用的冷凍藍莓解凍之後就有一些汁了,如果還是很完整,解凍後用湯匙稍微壓幾下把一些汁壓出來就可以囉😊

    請問藍莓巴斯克乳酪蛋糕冰過後 會比原味的容易出水是正常的嗎

      底部比較多藍莓的部分會稍微出水是正常的,但是出水的量一些些而已不會太多喔!
