What stretch of water if you don't mind me asking.
I can’t narrow it down TOO too much because I’d piss some friends off but I can say that it’s close to the St Pete beach area.

I fish about every where in Tampa but this video was more toward the south side.

Some live and some split in half. Honestly, the split in half ones KILL for the sheeps.
Where exactly in the bay is this?
Without giving away too much, it’s very very close to the Gulf.
