Hi Prashant, in order to understand Runout, perpendicularity etc. as a beginner first you have to understand basic GD&T, and it's hard to explain in comment.
I will surely bring complete GD&T series from completely basic to advance.

Hii Sivasugandan, there is already radial load (twisting load) on ball screw, because of applied motor torque. and axial load due to lifting weight.
But on Bearing support units the is not much radial load because of vertical condition, if there would be significate radial load, then we have to consider radial load too in calculation of "Equivalent dynamic load on bearing." in bearing selection, bearing life calculations.

I have a question how to control this system by a controller like plasma machine
To control sevo based linear actuator, we will need servo drive with this servo motor and we can use PLC to program, servo operate on Plus. in drive feedback loop. Also we have to take position and home sensor output to PLC.
With a plasma cutting machine we can also take system like PP sensor output to the PLC.
I'm not an expert in PLC, we can also use custom programming like in scada, NI, matlab there are many options.
from what source have you known that C8 is not a popluar grade and that the lead of 5 10 20 mm are popular and that 8 mm is not easily avialable . please give these resources if you have

mainly the load, in case of horizonal orientation, the load will be only frictional load, generated by LM guide and screw.
