I guess I am dense. How do you get the template for the tumbler? I understand how to use the fill tool, but where are you getting the actual template? (not the design) Are you making the template in the dimensions you need for each specific tumbler? This is where I am having issues designing in Silhouette and printing on my Sawgrass 500.
You can make the templates yourself in Silhouette Studio, but if you are using Save a Cup tumblers they offer templates for their sublimation blanks. You can find them on this page www.saveacup.com/sublimation-ready-tumblers#a_aid=silhouetteschool&a_bid=1a98708a
