@@vsathletics1883 Hey, could you explain why stiff plate is good? Would it not restrict some range of motions? What are the pros and cons of a stiff plate vs a more bendable plate?
@@newtonpermetersquared Do you mean flexibility in the foot? Range of motion would only apply to ankle flex which the plate has no effect on. For events with increased impact force to the ground (sprints & jumps) stiff plates are preferred as the athlete can put more force energy into the ground and the stiff plate will return more energy compared to a flexible plate or bare foot which would absorb/dissipate energy and not return at the same rate.
I want this bro it's my dream
I need this my jump in triple jump is 11.67 in grade 7 12 year old
I have an LJ AIRZOOM ELITE and I am planning to TJ Elite 2 for Triple, I wanted to ask if the sizing would same of the two? Or is it different?
What other events could I do with these spikes?
Long Jump and Pole Vault
What’s better for long jumping and triple jumping? The Nike Triple Jump Elite or the Nike Tripe Jump Elite 2?
The TJ Elite, you can TJ & LJ in the TJ Elite, but only LJ in the LJ Elite as there is less heel support and cushion.
how stiff is this compared to the LJ elite, and maybe even the maxfly?
The New TJ Elite is stiffer than both the LJ Elite and the Maxfly.
I wasn't allowed to use these in a meet because the heel was too thick
TJ Heel height is illegal in the Long Jump at IAAF USATF level, no ruling at the NCAA and High School level. Nike TJ only legal for the TJ
I'm in Kenya,how do I get one ?
Sorry, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
Is this shoe optimal for pole vault, I tried the Nike pole vault elites and did not like them.
Recently a lot of Vaulters have been using the Nike TJ and Adidas TJ/PV for vaulting over the PV Elite.
Is this still available on your store?
Only limited sizes in the past colors, new color will be available in mid November
How do these fit compared to the Air Zoom LJ Elite?
Wider toe box compared to the LJ's
Can you high jump in these
Triple Jump Shoes are made for the Triple Jump not the High Jump.
is the stiff plate good or bad?
For Triple Jump, stiff plate is good.
