That show is called Skavlan! Swedish talkshow with a Norwegian host if I’m not mistaken. They interview guests, and if they have a musician on they’ll perform etc.

God Looked it up a bit and it seems like it’s a collaboration between a Swedish and a Norwegian channel.
Norwegian here, it was first produced for like a decade in Norway with the host from the same nation. Then he just moved the production to Sweden and with basically the same premise, made for swedes mostly but we got it as well.
