I live in Chesterton I was surprised to hear you were from Valparaiso. I planted some pawpaws along my sidewalk in a shady area a few years back and I just noticed one of them is growing. Keep up the good work.
I stopped wearing a watch about 5 years ago. I realized I was obsessing about time. It's very freeing to get rid of a watch. Been Carnivore since last January Lion since March, down 50LB 60 years old
A person I worked with asked why they gave me a retirement watch, I said because I am measuring my time now. The first thing I did when I retired was to get rid of my alarms. I wake up on my own now. It’s wonderful.
good luck on your weight loss man, im down 80lbs im at 176 this morning i feel about 10-11 more pounds and i am at my last goal for fat loss. I don't do carnivore but if it works for you then that's awesome. I am cautious to try it because i feel i can't sustain it forever, where what i do now i can sustain until i die.
You are carnivore and like watches. Are we related? I suffer from essential tremors and carnivore made them subside to the point were I can work on watches again. Not perfect, but what a joy
@@inlandwatchreviews5745 The goal of the keto diet is ketone production for energy, as opposed to glucose. It's not only low carb, as you observed, but it's also high in healthy fat. I'm curious if you're eating fatty cuts of meat? Or lean cuts? I'm equally curious if you're monitoring your glucose & ketone production numbers? I imagine the carnivore diet would elevate your ketones as well, but the best way to be certain of that is by daily blood testing.

This is a great story love it. I am a 12 cousin of King Charles III, good chance that we are related.
@@inlandwatchreviews5745 Charles 111 is from German descend, I'm from German descend.. Chances are good😂
What do you eat for your two meals a day?
Lunch 2-3 eggs bacon or liverwurst sprinkle with cheese. Dinner2-3 quarter pound hamburger patties with butter and salt : drink water.
Thank you @@inlandwatchreviews5745
Keep at it and you’ll get your pawpaws!
I hope you’re right
I'm thinking that must be something like Keto Diet? It seems to be working, so keep at it my friend.
Carnivore is zero carbs, keto is very low carbs. Both work. People are different so do what works best for you.

Ceep going and just eat meat. If you can fast for 24 up to 48 hours it makes a difference.
Start lifting the weight
nice watch
Thank you. I love the king turtle 003 black dial version.
