I am 1300 ELO and managed to get a completely winning position, I didn't calculate it at the moment so I missed the win and ultimately lost, but a better player, maybe 1600-1700?... would probably find the win and go on to beat the professor Also, as someone already pointed out, free Nitro is for beating 200 ELO bot too

I even tried a few silly moves after taking and found out it's actually hard to lose after taking. As long as you don't blunder the Rook, there are only 2 moves after taking C6 that are draws: Checking the King with F3 is a draw and Rook to E2 after Black pushes the Pawn is a draw. That's it. Every other move that doesn't hang the Rook is winning.

Hilary at 4:00-4:15 I was calculating a bishop sac so he would have to take with the pawn and then your knight is very strong, what if you put your bishop right there on your light square next to his king?
I've found that with a lot of bots, including this one, they tend to play poorly against the King's Gambit. For anyone around my rating (1500-2000ish) it might be worth trying the King's Gambit if you're looking to try and beat it.

At the start, Doctor Wumpus plays relatively bad but over time he gets better and better until stockfish level.
