    3 beds 3 baths yet you only toured 2 beds and 2 baths, completely bypassing the 3rd bedroom / bath.

    1.4 mill . these builders are not getting it. as the market tanks they HOLD on to dreams. cape coral is 30 percent overpriced . its gonna be nice to come in with cash and smoke these greedy boneheads. begging to sell...
