The lack of privacy in the backyard is a 100% complete turn off. The epoxy floors need to go by way of the dodo bird. The ugly tile in the pool is another renovation of a brand new house. Not too mention the lack of screen around the pool & pool deck. The cost to bring this house up to "normal" standards is aprox $70K to $80K. What the hell are these builders thinking??? What a turn off. Maybe I missed it, what's the price for this no privacy renovation project???
