Appreciate it, and glad you enjoyed the video! :) For an agency you could have a lead magnet that is answering your potential clients biggest problems without telling them how, or making it sound difficult enough that asking you to do it for them makes sense. so for example, if you were a Meta Ads Agency, you could have a lead magnet that goes through the 5 steps to a profitable meta ad creative. This way they learn how to create a good ad, but not how to run it and scale it! Hopefully that makes sense.
