If I target those more I’ll wind up with tons of duplicate content in the eyes of Google. Ie. ‘Motivation with weight loss’, how many different angles can you cover about this?

Consider your own problems. Then consider how someone else could theoretically help solve them for you. Then start asking other people if the idea makes sense and begin building it.
