Yummy! Going to try this with some plant-based salmon by Vivera as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the dioxins in fish--thanks for posting
That sauce in Puerto Rico we call it MayoKetchup. That's like our signature sauce. We put a little bit of garlic in it and it's heaven 🤤 we put it on fries, mofongo, tostones, sandwiches, almost on everything 😋
An estimated 15% of people say that cilantro tastes soapy to. I am one of those people. It has to do with a variation in the olfactory receptor gene and its response to aldehydes. Parsley contains less of these aldehydes,so more people like it. As an aside, approximately 8% of the population finds that skunk musk and freshly ground coffe smell similar, and again, I am one of those people.
No parsely is yummy and cilantro tastes awful unless used in curry. Hate cast iron too heavy and expensive. You can use not stick pan. Sounds like your marketing cast iron pans.
I always wonder how people make salmon burgers and now that I see how to make one my self, I have to try one!!
Yeah! They are easy to make and so delicious!
Hey! And another great recipe! Thanks. Eric
Glad you like it Eric! Thanks for watching.
Making these tomorrow night. Looks amazing.
Hope you love them!

I really need to try Puerto Rican food, sounds so good!
Definitely beats the heck out of the canned salmon my mom used to cook!
Haha I agree! Glad you like this recipe Karen!
I made these, but my food processor broke. I just cut everything up very finely and they turned out delicious.
I’m sorry to hear about your food processor but great save! 👏🏻
