We would look forward to Grandma’s homemade Stollen, plus we’d make traditional sugar cookies like yours from a 1970s Pilsbury cookbook. We used almond extract in addition to vanilla in the dough. Merry Christmas!!!!
Grandma's homemade Stollen must have been amazing! Such wonderful memories! We hope you and your loved ones had a wonderful Christmas!!! Happy New Year!
My grandmother used to make the no bake cookies with chocolate and peanut butter. Those were the best!! 😋 😊 I love all cookies though, I don’t discriminate. 😆
Gingerbread cookies, Nanaimo bars and fruitcake were the treats I remember at Christmas. My mom’s fruitcake is a dark one too. I know most people dislike fruitcake but I love her recipe. Congrats on winning the Christmas decorating. Your house is gorgeous. I’m jealous of the no snow! I just survived a week of ~25 Celsius🥶
Wow! That all sounds glorious and absolutely delicious! Fruitcake is great!!!! Especially when it's homemade! YUM!!! Thanks so much! Stay warm!!!! And Happy New Year!
Thank you, Jack! Growing up, my mom always made fudge, too! Now, my dad makes peanut butter fudge! It's so good! Merry Christmas!!! We are very thankful for your support!
Congads on your home decor win...it's absolutely beautiful! I haven't made cookies in a few years and now I'm tempted. You guys are so funny. Merry Christmas to you !!!🎄❄☃ xoxoxo
Hi Eric! We are thrilled that you and your partner enjoy our videos! Thanks for your support! Stay in touch and stay tuned...so much more fun and food on the way!
Merry Christmas guys!!!!! Grandma made spritz cookies & I keep the tradition. I remember her making peanut brittle but I didn’t inherit that talent. I do peppermint bark, rum balls, thumb prints, fudge, peanut butter fudge & I forget what they are called but I make crushed up Oreos mixed with melted white chocolate & dropped into little bites for my step son. Sometimes I make and old 70’s recipe with cornflakes and melted marshmallows into little holly berry clusters but it’s hard to find the cinnamon candies for the berries…
Yum!!!! Wow! You have an amazing array of holiday treats for everyone to enjoy!!! We hope you and your family had a beautiful Christmas!!! Happy New Year!! xo
You two are so adorable!!! Thank you for those few minutes of pure joy. I was making cinnamon rolls to take for my Christmas celebration- the first batch was awful ( I had to toss the dough and start again) the second batch was perfect….faa la la, la la. I should not bake when I’m not drinking….cheers to a Very Merry Christmas!! What are we making for New Year’s dinner???
LOL!!! Drinking and baking sort of go hand in hand...but, you're right...it can makes things a little more challenging! So happy your second batch was perfection! YUM!!!! Merry Christmas! Stay tuned for fun NYE food!!!!
