Maine confidence gain kiya fir maine thoda head massage 💆‍♀️ aur meditation🧘‍♀️ chalu kiya kch months, fir dheere dheere sb normal hote gya... Aur ab mai ye normal ho gya hai mere liye, ab mai kisi shant jagah pe bethun toh v koi dikkat ni hoti.... So, aap sbhi se request hai ki be confident aur cheer up...
