Hi there i need closed caption for deaf pls ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hello Maria, I just clicked on the little CC in a box icon and it came on. Does it work for you? Thankyou Tree x
I try many ways the only thing that help was alcohol because of the glue.
Yes....I think that's why the Accetone worked where there others didn't
The other day I made a little quilt top and did not remove the paper before I sewed the blocks together. I didi back stitch each piece. Once I had the borders on I put the whole thing in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with a tad bit of soap and plain vinegar to help prevent bleeding since I used a warm wash. There was a bit of a thread mess on the back that took me all of 2 minutes to clip off, but way easier than my normal way of scraping the paper off. I like your method as well though it too takes time.
Wow......Really, that is so good to hear!!! Thankyou x
Umm fake fur around arm holes, ummm can I say I think it looks like one forgot to use their depilatory or water under the arms? IMHO
Oh......That's funny!!!
Dear tree ...this is so great !!!! You could make curtains or I thought maybe a kimono .....I am going to see if I can get hold of some pattern books and try this ......one way of dealing with the patchwork problem is to lay all the pieces on the floor ...then half close your eyes and see if the colours are spaced out evenly and look balanced ....I did this when making a paper collage effect for some drawer fronts ...good luck ...can’t wait !!!!
Good idea re. The squinting idea
A friend of mine use to use a red lens to look through for the contrast aspect of it. I've rarely used that method but when I am doing something serious I leave it for a couple of days so I can see it in different light.
THIS IS BRILLIANT! I have two books full of Frank Lloyd Wright inspired upholstery fabric in my stash that I've been meaning to do something with if ONLY I could get the paper off.
Thank you for this!
Oh my goodness....sounds very precious! Try the iron method 1st then for those that don't work, use wet methods. Good luck, hope it works X
@@StitchlessTV I of course have three other projects to finish first, You are probably familiar with this problem. :D
Hey i have a aquestion tre. Do you have a video on how you made that jacket you wore. To the free fabric work and play scrap store?
I do...... not sure if it's a tutorial but 9 tell you all about it ua-cam.com/video/78aFBHzDZCk/v-deo.html
Thankyou
How about using the compromised silk squares, as part of a quilted bedspread, a wall hanging or a jacket?
I’d love it if you could give us a tour of your material stash one day. 😉
Gosh really? That would be a very long..........video! Thankyou X
I do love using fabric book swatches when one can get a whole lot of a color way in different patterns. Wish I could figure out how to attach a picture of a jacket I upcycled this way
Oh...sounds nice. You could email me a photo.
