Citeh have the money and PSR room to sign anyone they like, now suddenly not having a workable DM and playing your record signing CB at left-back is an excuse that gives them a pass for poor squad building? Arsenal chose to sign Havertz instead of a #9 and sold Emile Smith-Rowe (who presumably wanted to go because he wasn't getting minutes), and that's come to bite them in the arse, but it's somehow a misfortune rather than a foreseeable problem they mishandled?
