Many countries used to be less concerned about America's control of the global monetary system "when the US was viewed as a responsible leader of the world economy." However, that status quo is now changing as the actions of the American leaders become far less predictable. Now more and more countries around the world start to see no reason why their trade with other countries (beside America) and their economic growth should be imperiled by unilateral American policies premised on the use of dollar as a weapon. Here too America could undermine it's own long-term interests by weaponizing the US dollar.
I dont think countries are "less concerned" in the last 40-50 years about US Dollar. Others were just not able to stand up to the behemoth that has monopoly on military, industry, manufacturing, tech and finance. We kept our heads down and trade normally because we believe the "honesty & trust" of this trading. Only recently, as said by Yanis, when the Americans seizes Russian dollar foreign reserves, that "honesty & trust" is now gone. Everyone now are sceptics. Remember last time, Saddam Hussein once said, he wanted to trade Iraqi oil in Euro? Him and his country were decimated. Millions were killed, millions more displaced.
Unfortunately you are not some ex financial minister or an economy minister of a country. So yeah.. well, good for you to figure it out sooner than most of us

As a newbie investor, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Kristine Lynn Weber is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Kristine Lynn Weber, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market..
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $200k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work.. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Kristine Lynn Weber is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted on thorough research and years of practical experience..
how would you recommend i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach her, if you don't mind me asking?

Basically he is speaking why US can maintain trade deficit for ages is because US dollars. ChatGPT would provide a clearer picture. So China is not the real reason of the trade deficit to start with. ♥️
Great to watch vloggers videos of Xinjiang I have questions. Why are there so many tigers armoured troop carriers all over the city? Why so many security forces with automatic rifles? Feels like the local population is under occupation.
Only Americans print money nowadays and still uses the bank that charges fees for it. Digital currencies. No middle man or banks. If you still wanna be a cash cow for banks, go ahead. We dont.
Would like to know Jack Maa's opinion on this topic. He was one of the biggest entrepreneurs in China. Wonder if he ever wishes he had built his empire in the West. May have not lost three months of his life and still have had an empire. And all the Russians falling from the 8th floors of hotels. I would think they all figure into why the Russians and Chinese may prefer the dollar to their own currency. As long as you don't get into the bad books of the US, which is not all that difficult. Russia is a unique story. It is a nuclear power that began threatening the West militarily. Easier to confiscate their money than to send armies into Ukraine. Not too many Indonesian, Malay or Gulf magnates will be thinking in those terms.
Europe’s success was based on pillaging Africa. Chinas success in Africa is based on trade and building infrastructure. If you were African, which partner would you choose?
Europe is irrelevant really? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. While not being a major military power sure we can agree on that , but financial and industrial power is among the big 3 and we can clear see why China want's to expand it's influence and trade with us. ( Let's not forget the major investments that has been happening for the past several years scaling up countries within the EU so they can compete internationally ) . When it comes to influence we do not fall behind USA China or RU and the reason for that is we have close ties to every country in the world ( through colonization , trade , customs and many more which are known ) . Another place we do not fall behind is people , unlike the gentleman who sold off his own country couple of times for his American overlords we see very good relationship when it comes to immigration and integration our people adapt and are net contributors where they go and prosper abroad if they so choose. So yeah he's a fool and everybody knows it
Taiwan is similar to Ukraine Once Taiwan goes, Vietnam, laos Cambodia will be next, then korea, then Thailand, then Malaysia Once land neighbours are gone, then Philippines, Japan This is repeat of WW2
Splendid exposition by this Greek gentleman, Mr Varoufakis
Do you know what ?
This Yanis guy is damn right, fully agreed on what he say.
The dominance is never meant to stay!
It was never about national security, but all about national insecurity from amurica.
Hypocrisy and Hegemony
Love this man. Speaking the truth
Again and again.
You love a loser?
Good analysis
Similar to what the US did to Japan before WW2 and then again during the 90s by forcing them to sign an one sided agreement.
Amazing video and thought leader.
Wow well explain now we know why
Real smart guy. Salute to him with respect.
Exelent explanation Yanis ..thank you very much
Thats Why Greeks are Genuinely Talents

Very precise summary
Please rest assured, foreign magnats are storing a huge amount of wealth in USD because the local currency risk is huge.
