It didnt feel particularly hard to learn this, just hard to get the right form😂More push ups to do to gain the arm strength I need for this. How d you find this trick? easy? hard? Let us know!⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
Hi, how do I stop this from wrapping so tight on my knee cap. I've tried so many times but have only done it once without it wrapping and hurting. This is different from just a tight wrap.
I wrap the fabric right UNDER the knee cap instead of on the knee cap. Have u tried pointing your feet higher or lower to see whether you can find the position that works?
Ankle? From wrapping it? It shouldnt hurt at all! Try wrapping it in a different spot and see if it works better! Be very careful! I keep everything nice and strong and never apply pressure in the wrong place. always prefer to come out and rewrap instead of trying in the wrong spot.
aerialpractice thanks love , my ankle hurts from wrapping. I have a question; when you bend forward and prepare hold the fabric , thumb faces out or in?
Lidi Jiang tap/click on where it says 2:17 or fast forwards to the spot where it says 2:17 on the video! That shows her thumb and entire form very clearly! Hopefully this helps!
Hey can you tell me where you got your silks from ? I’m trying a few different ones from amazon. What’s the name of the company you’re come from , if you don’t mind ? I am new at it and want to make sure I use the right ones ! Love the videos. You’re so good 😊
This post might be a bit outdated (aerialpractice.com/buyaerialhammock/) but i shared about my sets here. Unfortunately there is no perfect way to buy it since I have never seen one before it gets delivered. If you share with me the specific one you are looking at, i can take a look too.
This is absolutely awesome ♥️ Thank you for sharing another awesome video. My daughter and I can’t wait time try this. I have a question. We have been doing aerial mostly daily for almost 4 weeks now and my hands and knuckles hurt after practice. I thought by now my knuckles would be use to the practice. Does this ever go away?
Woah you must be practicing hard! Mine didnt start hurting until 1.5 yrs or so. I just never grabbed hard enough. I also had the same question and started worrying, my trainers said it's normal (unless you feel intense and sharp pain occurring randomly from time to time). Do you stretch out your hands and wrist before and after practice? i found that helpful to release the tension. Let me share this in the next hammock video!
aerialpractice Thank you so much. That would be wonderful. Yes, once We found this we are in love with it and never looked back... my joints hurt in my hands, I think like how arthritis would feel and they even get a little bit swollen. Sometimes it last into the next day and sometimes they stop hurting a couple hours later. I don’t stretch them out before practice so I will start doing that. Thanks you so much ♥️
It's Millie. She loves to play around when I am practicing and she loves to play with the hoop. If you can a fan of aerial and kitties: instagram.com/theaerialcat
