I just installed this on my Mustang, and I am super impressed. A very loud agressive tone. Easy to install thanks for the video. May piss off the neighbors.
Installed this this weekend. Very smooth and easy as described. Two things to note. Definitely follow the video instructions and measure 5 inches for your cut. The supplied instructions say 4 inches but this will push your mufflers back quite a bit in their hangers. I held the pipe up under the resonator and marked from there. My measurement was 4 1/2 inches but I thought the front tapered end of the pipe would go further into the clamp than it actually did. Mine still ended up a little too long and I will be dropping it next weekend to trim another 3/4 inch or so off. Also this did not make nearly as much difference in sound as I expected through the stock mufflers. It's noticeable but honestly I was hoping for a little more sound. If you want only a slight increase this may be for you.
great sound, was wondering if u have a different style Rev limiter on this vehicle. my 2015 gt factory limiter just stays at the exact rpm I set it at compared to yours which I see is different
With that resonator my borla atak axlebacks aren’t even that loud. It’s so sad that it’s the loudest borla’s in the lineup but that resonator quiets it up so much
I have the Pypes Pype Bomb axleback on my 2017 GT and I thought that was loud with the resonator. Dude Jesus Christ without the resonator it’s almost too loud. Like it’s absolutely obnoxious now but I love it. If you get the resonator removed just be prepared for your neighbors to hate you after the first cold start with those Borla’s lol
@@ItzLobbyBobby i don’t doubt it!! My exhaust is definitely super loud now 😅 I have the borla x pipe with my borla ataks now and the cold starts are definitely loud as hell
Out of exhaust system loudness ratings, how does this set up compare to say... The Ford Racing Borla Sport Exhaust system? Louder? Or about the same? I am contemplating doing this set up but also worried it may be too loud...
They sound amazing! Just concerned it might be too loud. I want it to sound great but not be obnoxious . Is it a huge difference from the roush axle backs alone vs with the xPiepes?

Any drone?

Would like to hear an "H-Pipe" version of the resonator deletes w/ those Roush axle backs.
Cash2112 That will definitely happen as soon as we can get our hands on one. -Landan
xpipe sound much better than H
***** send a link please to where I can buy this x pipe
Cash2112 h pipe doesn’t pick up the velocity an x pipe does. X pipes are faster flow of exhaust
exhaust leak like hell lol I cut wrong and had to break out the mig welder lol
need more videos like this Landan

I have a 2022 gt and have the ford performance xpipe would corsa extreme fit to it?
No, the Corsa Xtreme cat back includes it's own mid-pipe. -Landan
wow !
Why no exhaust paste with the true seal clamps?

Anybody got a say in this? I'm in the same boat and thinking that I may just stick to the Roush axle-back with stock resonator for the same reasons.
Yes please !
Any power increase?
No dyno numbers?
Raul Meza More than likely, we will get some dyno numbers. We still have some more exhausts to test, so stay tuned! -Landan
Would liked the x pipe installed on the STOCK factory exhaust mufflers.
やっぱり直管マフラーはいいね!

***** What're the tire specs on the mustang you're using
Larsen Way Front tires are Nitto NT05 255/35/20 and the rear tires are Nitto NT05 305/30/20. -Landan
***** Yeah looks super aggresive. Did the 305s fit on with no problem?
Sounds horrible with the roush
