He would have beaten the hell out of half the LFC squad for drooling over decade old glories😂
@@williamregal873 is this not what's happening here
Imagine keane +gerrard
It's great to see Roy Keane smile.
I got the feeling that the hosts just wanted to interview Keane. Not one question was asked to Gary and every time he spoke they either interrupted him or asked Keane another question straight after.
Irish connection
1. Because Keane is much more interesting than Neville
2. Because Neville is on TV every week
3. Because Keane has never done an interview like this before
4. Because Keane is Irish and the audience is Irish.
@@hotbeefymcd8162 true that, but a bit stupid to invite gary along,if you're just going to ignore & interrupt the chap😂
nobody cares what Gary Neville thinks, especially when Roy Keane's sat next to him
@@IRAwhiskey They asked him several questions.
Best thing I’ve watched in ages. How United could do with Keano right now.
tremendous moment when a great player like Gary N. talks about his fails (that he did as a manager) in all details.... very impressive... I wish many other managers in companies are that honest with themselfs...no sugar coathing - not PR talk BS - straight ! Thumbs up!
People came here to listen to roy keane & gary neville, not the interviewers
ORIGINALINDIVIDUAL that’s how interviews work in general ... but yes great seeing two legends wicked interview
47:30 onwards, you legend Gary!!!! Thanks so much
Beautiful wasn't it
Loved it
Gary was bang out of order. No need to be that disrespectful.
@@replenishrewire4758 what are you on about he sat for 40 mins in silence just being ignored then they got has the cheek to stop him making a point. He was asked to come on the show. They showed huge disrespect not including him more
Jack Reilly Good point, I didn't think of it in the sense Gary was left out somewhat. I still think he was rude and over the top though.
You can see why Manchester United were so good listening to Neville & Keane.. (LFC Fan) 👍🏻
@@flood291 Respecting people for their character and what they achieved in their carear is something that an adult that enjoys the sport does at the end of the day we all love football so appreciate the game and dont be childish.
@@flood291 supported from around 1988 & suffered through the 90's 00's at the hands of Manu, listening to them speak I can now see why.. credit where it's due my friend 👍🏻 but evolution is a funny thing & LFC are here to stay 😉
Pure quality! Two absolute legends giving a vivid insight into the United world. I wish there was more honest refreshing content like this on UA-cam!
Agreed. But they were well paid by sponsors Cadburys.

What a man... in this day and age of political correctness where honesty and loyalty is hard to come by i see this man... he will fight to death for his friends and for what he believes is right....
This is one of the best, most candid interviews i've ever watched, genuinely top entertainment throughout. Taking nothing away from Gary but Roy Keane should be on our tv's much more than he is.
Wish Utd had Roy Keane now. What a player.
Those guys faces when he's ripping into Walters! Haha brilliant, this was a great two hour watch
Keane was 3 players rolled into 1 for utd, great listening to his insight and experience with the beautiful game.
Brilliant Q&A, say it as it is as always. I miss character's like Roy in the game. Liverpool fan
Roy Keane, What a player
Ya ya Toure at City wouldn't of been intimidated by Roy Keane.
It's like you lot at Old Trafford have only ever had a Roy Keane, you remember Nigel De Jong at City a proper animal.
Keane = legend. End of story . Never see the likes of Keane and Irwin at Utd again. Very proud times for Irish Man Utd fans .
Darron Gibson not good enough? Lol
Need more Roy Keane on TV, the guy is a genuine legend, so funny, so scary at the same time....
YIP 💪💯😂😂
Listening to this and hearing the humility in Gary Neville regarding his management experience is truly inspiring…I tried it in my field of work and realised it wasn’t for me and having the humility to accept that is an awakening ..I could listen to Keane talking all day long as he had the passion for his football and what he was as a player…superb upLoad.
I’m in awe of Gary Neville here coming to a Q&A in Dublin out of his comfort zone with an Irish audience and blowing me away with his brutal honesty about trying to run a restaurant and managing a Spanish team with the language barrier and it all failed. Most players would have lied and said it wasn’t the right time so I quit or walked out but he wore his heart on his sleeve here and I tip my hat to Gary Neville for that!
Brilliant few hours of honest chat. Never seen Roy Keane in this way
I sat down to watch a little bit of this before doing some things... half way through and I am breaking my sides laughing... love these guys, Keane and Neville great characters.
I could listen to Roy Keane talk about football all day long. I love listening to him when he's on anylizing games, he says it how out it is.
A man's man...would be hounded out of the game these days...
United need Roy back at Old Trafford, lighting a fire under these modern day social media numptys.
Keane is an absolute legend, he used to drink in my uncles pub in Altrincham, i stayed there every so often I drew a picture of giggs when I was around 12 years old just incase he came in and keane came in the pub instead, I scribbled over giggs hair lol and scribbled the number and name to Keane, still have to this day. We miss a player like keane.
A player let me keane you will never see again , you can't tackle and they are all snowflakes now
@@kidpresentable6004 I totally agree, the game has changed a lot and I guess that echos society of today, everything has to be sterile, no characters either. Its strange most of us have opinions and not always a good one but surely that's freedom of speech but not today there is no such thing as "freedom" of speech, its either say something nice or its a hate crime. The world is literally turning into the film "equilibrium" 😂
@@Flypidge ha ha ha spot on mate , communism is incoming unfortunately
@@kidpresentable6004 no, communism comes at slightly different circumstances:)))
for communism to come there must be huge social inequality and the rich guys must pay so little to the poor guys who work for them - today it's not the case, so for now it's "communist-free" days:))) except for some countries like Sweden have found the way of regulating many aspects of life in a "socialistic way" really! and as long as they don't pronounce words like "socialism" no one seem to care really about what they do there and how they do it at home :)) but that's no way near communism
Watched this many times and still enjoy it. As a Liverpool fan I never thought I would say this but I really enjoy listening to Roy & Gary talk. I love Gary’s almost nervous laugh as though he is expecting Roy to give him a slap at any moment.
Man Utd had Keane in the 90’s, Liverpool had Jamie Redknapp. That was the difference with us and Man Utd. Roy Keane is boss.
it really is int it it gives football and particularly that era a lot of credit imo
This is the best I've seen. I was glued to it start to finish. Absolutely amazing, pure gold. What an insight. Roy will be back in Glasgow at some point which is where I send my from. LEGEND!
1 of the best interviews I've ever seen absolutely class
Must have watched this 5-6 times. Love listening to Roy and Gary talk football.
I loved Roy Keane as a player, best captain of all time. Amazing pundit, says what he thinks - he`s as passionate as he was in his playing days. He always makes me laugh, at times I can't stop laughing. I adore Nev also. So glad I saw both play live numerous times.
Both Roy and Gary had top careers in football. Sad how it ended at United for Roy but it meant we got to see him play for Celtic. Great to hear the guy talking open and honest.
Very entertaining listening to both Keane and Neville. A lot of knowledge and a hell of a lot more honesty between them. Always a pleasure to hear what they have to say.
Gary "to be fair" Neville
Essentially
Darren Bent is the "to be fair..." king.
I read this just as Gary said it haha
Garry “talks a lot but says nothing” Neville
To be fair, ya right.
I love his personality and for this kinda of guy a friend I would do anything. Don't change Roy Keane ever this world is soft and we need few billion people like you
You've just got to respect Roy Keane as a top professional footballer but also as a person. Doesn't pander to ego and will not tolerate idiots! God knows how many times I've watched this but still as entertaining as the first time. And all he wanted was his Mom and Dad and his own family to be good.... class!!!! 👏👏👏
Roy keane your a legend mate you deserve to tell your side of the story how it was people need to see the bigger picture well done roy your a legend pal
Difference between Keane and Pogba.....Keane ran the United midfield while Pogba can't even be arsed running in the midfield.
Best sports interview ever. Great segment from Gary when talking about body fat etc and the way Roy changed and bought into sports science.
As a gooner who hated Roy whilst he was playing have to say was a brilliant player and always wished he was injured when we played them. Brilliant interview, really enjoyed listening to Keane & Neville
As a Liverpool fan I must admit that Keane is the best captain that any team in PL has ever had.. What a character!
One of the best or probably the best football interviews I've seen.....and thats coming from a Liverpool fan..😀😀
I know people talk about Roy and SAF and how it went south towards the end, but you could hear the respect he has for the boss even after so many years.
What Roy done for the late Liam Miller and his family was amazing.
@Gary Steele evans nothing
MUFC will never be the same unless they have a character and personality and leader like Roy Keane in the team. What a legend.
In this age of not being able to say boo! To a goose? A character like Keane? Sadly I think he may be the last of a great breed.
It's more likely they need another leader like Fergie, fantastic player he was, they won plenty after Keane's departure.
My 3rd time watching this over the years and Roy Keane gets better every time and the fact he said he only respects Graeme Souness is the mark of a great player respectful of another great player who has been there and wore the t-shirt
Love listening to Roy Keane what an absolute legend, top man
One of the greatest manager/captain combinations to grace the planet and the beautiful world of football. ❤️⚪️⚫️
Scandalous that UNited binned Keano, he is the beating heart of United and is needed now more than ever
Fergie must have felt threatened by his presence towards the end of keanes career.
@@stevenconnolly28 I think so, also the marketing men transformation of United into a global brand, notice how many outspoken players just don't exist anymore
What’s he going to do , put on his wooden studded boots
He was 34 get real.
@@SuperYtc1 Robson was 37, your point?
I remember being a kid and seeing Keane pop up on the television in the 90s. He was the reason I got into Football, him and those United sides grew my love for the game. You have to understand, being from the United States, the 90s were almost impossible for us to find EPL games. Twenty years on, looking back on the quality we had, we look at the league, the players and you can see what we’re lacking. Keano’s ethos transcends football; do what needs to be done, lead by example, stand for what is true and get on with it. What a guy, was an inspiration, still an inspiration! I’d run through a wall for this man.
Brilliant watch this enjoyed every minute best 2 hours possibly spent on UA-cam !
Cheers for posting this. Keane is a legend and box office.
Could listen to Keane all day long. Brilliant speaker.
Roy's got a great attitude towards life. Nice to hear his views.
There is some solid gold stuff in this. Roy: "I count my blessings, I'm very very lucky". Interviewer: "Content?". Roy: "I wouldn't go that far".
Best football talk i’ve ever watched on youtube
