- YURRR. I am back with a slight part 2 of another video I did of my exhaust setup. In this video I show a Cold Start as well as longer Revs for you guys to enjoy the sound, the burbles, and how the exhaust sounds when its parked as well.
I have a V6 Engine but my car truly sounds the closest it can be to a V8, I will be acquiring a V8 in the future but this car has been so good to me, so I wanted to get more of an aggressive sound with a tasteful essence and pull as much true sound as I can out of a V6 engine.
A Flowmaster SUPER 10 where the middle mufflers or resonators were.
A rear muffler delete.

Resonators are in the rear and mufflers are in the middle , and also when you straight pipe it you lose power , you don’t gain any HP just giving you heads up 👍🏽

did you get your exhaust tips from the muffler shop or buy them online? im getting this exact setup tomorrow but i have a 2021 chrysler 300s and its got exhaust tips on the back already, wondering if i even need the exhaust tips
i got them from the shop, usually each muffler/exhaust shop got tips. i did have to get a new valance/diffuser to have the dual pipes in the back
@@petey16 how much was it? i went ahead and got straight pipes and it sounds good, it’s just a bit raspy. thinking about taking the exhaust tips off and putting some exhaust tips there like quad tips. wasn’t sure if it would fit though
So the muffler you bought is it a dual inlet and dual outlet.? Because when i click your link to the muffler its a single inlet and single outlet . Im really trying to get this exhaust lol .

What size piping? 3”? I have a 300 base so I have to true dual it first. I was thinking about adding a H pipe instead of the X pipe that comes with your 300s. Hopefully get a deep tone and gain low end torque. This is my daily so low end torque upgrades help a lot! What do you think about adding a H pipe to a V6? I haven’t seen many videos.

theyre 245/50/20, the cross climates by michellin, they are very bulky look alot bigger than they are i love em

I have a 300 as well but yours sounds 100x better , I’m trynna get like that lmaoo. You only got it straight piped and installed a flow master 10, as well as rear muffler delete right? Anything else to make it sound like that?

a rear muffler delete (straight piped the rear)
a resonator delete (Swapped with flowmaster super 10)
and 4.5 inch chrome tips

Yep, it sounds just like a V6 with loud exhaust. The only way to make a V6 sound like a V8 is to add 2 cylinders to it. A V6 sounds like a V6 no matter what you do to the exhaust, just because you make it loud doesn't make it sound like a V8, sorry... You asked for the comments, that's my opinion.
i agree, but for now this will do. its hard to get the loud rumble of the V8 in the V6 but the lower tones in this setup and in lower rpms sounds really nice

Still sounds like a v6 or an I6 at most.
Look at mopar300s's exhaust setup. I like yours, but I feel like his might be a tad bit lower rumble.
The thing I had most about v6s, is the higher pitch at higher speeds and the exaggerated sound of it shifting as an automatic (im assuming that's what drone is?). At least v6 manuals, you can hear the break between gears
