I remember the violence in the second movie really bothering me when I watched it, but the third was just incredible dark shock comedy mixed with genuine moments of revulsion. This series is basically single handedly reviving the slasher genre as what it once was and always should have been. Dark scary fun. Not remakes and reboots piling up and up forever and ever as if playing the hits poorly for a modern audience makes for an enjoyable viewing experience. People want to see directors take these moviemaking fomulas and make them their own, and what else can you really say about Terrifier?
I'd like art to continue forever as a franchise. Looking at these bits of the movies I'd love to re-watch all these movies again. I just want to see more of art. Period.
I loved all the terrifier movies before the 3rd one.....the story kinda sucked it was just all gore the 3rd one didn't even make any sense either why didnt art try to push sienna down the hole to hell while she was trying to save that girl (i forget her name) anyways they should've made the story more sensible i feel like terrifier 3 is just a gorey money grab :(

I love that they sent over people to watch after the children on set. I'm sure it was probably frustrating but necessary when working with children in this weird industry.
My thoughts on Art - # Appreciate what he is doing for the Horror genre # Has such an iconic look that will go down in History # Very violent kills thought , I cant handle heavy gore as i used too # I only last 30mins in T3 before i stopped and said ill come back someday # The practical effects can be considered cheap looking , but i think it adds to the Old school Horror look. # I tell people about Art, But i dont recommend people watch the films unless they can really handle harcore gore. Overall , I love what Art has done for the Horror space and i honestly cannot wait to see where they take him. Ill do anything to support Art outside of going to the Theatre to watch it haha , Ill end up throwing up these days if i did try to watch in one sitting probably.

Terrifier 3 was far too much for me. I truly believe it was bc I saw it in theater. The sounds were just so loud and so visceral. I’ve never been more overwhelmed in a movie. Only watching the rest of the series at home lol.
The Terrifier is one of those movies that brought back the concept of the slasher films of the 80's and then used excessive gore and violence to stamp itself on the imagination of the movie industry. Damien Leone who has written, produced, and done the majority of the makeup/special effects uses the old techniques of Hollywood to deliver these vile scenes, without the use of CGI, which is why these movies have done so well. David Howard Thorton really brought this character to life with his acting ability which really gave Art a standing alongside Horror character actors like Robert England. I have said he is really responsible for the success of this franchise, because when you have an actor who can express his emotions without talking, and scare the audience with his facial expressions, you have gold. I just hope the series does not overextend itself like Friday the 13th, Halloween, Saw, and A Nightmare on Elm Street franchises because that really ruined the novelty of those films. Audiences are fickle and even the shock value of Art will wear off eventually. I hope the 4th movie focuses more on story plots and arc rather than relying on gore, because then you will have a full horror masterpiece. One thing which works well is the mystery behind Art's motivations and with this many films we really still do not know who or what he is. I am not saying to give up on that idea, but they could give just brief glimpses into his past and let the movie audiences draw their own conclusions, a technique that preservers his mystery, but gives the audience a brief glimpse into his madness. Overall Terrifier has carved and slashed its way into cinematic history and for a Leone and Thorton a well-deserved success story.
Don't take it seriously😅😅 the creator said in the video that he's a huge fan of gore and prosthetics, that's just it🤷🏾♀️ He created a franchise to showcase that. Kinda like the john wick creator that is a huge stunt man turned director.

Not remakes and reboots piling up and up forever and ever as if playing the hits poorly for a modern audience makes for an enjoyable viewing experience. People want to see directors take these moviemaking fomulas and make them their own, and what else can you really say about Terrifier?
You forgot the Music Video, Ice Nine Kills - The Art of Dying
Little corry: the song by INK is called A Work of Art. Took me a while to remember that sadly enough. Lol
Oh fr! Ink and Spencer in general had fun making that video. XD I’m sure David Leon will use their music again in the next movie.
That is NOT the name
I love how 5% tint is just playing in the background behind the most gory kills in all of horror movies
All Hallows Eve was truly disturbing. One part was more disturbing to me than the worst/most gruesome kill in any of the movies.
I'd like art to continue forever as a franchise. Looking at these bits of the movies I'd love to re-watch all these movies again. I just want to see more of art. Period.
I loved all the terrifier movies before the 3rd one.....the story kinda sucked it was just all gore the 3rd one didn't even make any sense either why didnt art try to push sienna down the hole to hell while she was trying to save that girl (i forget her name) anyways they should've made the story more sensible i feel like terrifier 3 is just a gorey money grab :(
The Bedroom scene is the most insane thing I’ve seen in a movie. Love slasher movies it’s fun to see one take off. Can’t wait for Halloween
I love comments sections. It’s so funny to see people say “this is ass” while clicking on videos about the “ass” movie they complain about. Your algorithm must just be you hate watching.
This is a really popular channel-it may be people introducing themselves to it. Hate watching is also a thing. It could be many things
To each their own. Also this comment embodies hypocrisy
@@I.am.progress how is it hypocrisy? I actually like and watch a lot of terrifier videos. I didn’t click on it to complain.
@@799ErikHe Just feel called out and doesn't know what a hypocrite ss, even if he Is one of those. Do not lose your time with such a childman.
I love that they sent over people to watch after the children on set. I'm sure it was probably frustrating but necessary when working with children in this weird industry.
My thoughts on Art -
# Appreciate what he is doing for the Horror genre
# Has such an iconic look that will go down in History
# Very violent kills thought , I cant handle heavy gore as i used too
# I only last 30mins in T3 before i stopped and said ill come back someday
# The practical effects can be considered cheap looking , but i think it adds to the Old school Horror look.
# I tell people about Art, But i dont recommend people watch the films unless they can really handle harcore gore.
Overall , I love what Art has done for the Horror space and i honestly cannot wait to see where they take him.
Ill do anything to support Art outside of going to the Theatre to watch it haha , Ill end up throwing up these days if i did try
to watch in one sitting probably.
Same. I can admire from a far but lasted 20 minutes into T1 and just couldn't handle that level of gore so grateful for this review .
You should give "The Substance" a checkout.
He definitely has already bc he references Elisasue during the recap of All Hallows Eve.
0:53 unfortunately the kid is correct
that flow at 17:47 made me rewind 3 times
What is the track at 14:14 ?
idk but its so god damn mumbly ya can't mak eout the lyrics to search it up. so probably not worth listening to.
My husband and I were laughing with the 3rd movie out of the sheer craziness of it all
Same! My buddy and I giggled a lot…I love Art’s gestures! Like when he booped the podcaster’s nose after he got her 😂
Rusty nail??? It was obviously a piece of glass. This bit of commentary made me question if you actually watched any of this movie lol
It made me question if it actually was a rusty nail, which is clearly wasn't lol
I was so proud of terrified 3. Everything they tried to achieve in the first 2 films, they smashed the 3rd. Can’t wait for part 2 of 3
Who’s that creeping through my window?
I went in thinking it would be similar to IT and well it wasn’t 😂 my dad asked me why I took him to see that movie 😂
bruuuu! i was in a bus going on a solo travel when i stumble on this kovie being shown in the tv bus for the 6h bus ride towards my destination! IT WAS MENTAL 😭😭😂
I love how my name is cole, and cole got one of the worst deaths 😭😭
27:30 was that Chris Jericho followed by a finisher reference?
I've seen break downs of this series, great job on explaining things I didn't know. U can still learn more about this great series
I remember when Shudder was just on YT. Love to see how the genre has become mainstream
I personally love these movies he scares me a little bit hes very unnerving and i love that because its been a very long time that any scary movie character has done that for me its not the gore its HIM 😂 he so mean!!
Terrifier is disgusting, smelly, gross, bloody, stinky and dirty. I love it.
Ooh I’m so excited for this video!! Never been this early!
Terrifier 3 was far too much for me. I truly believe it was bc I saw it in theater. The sounds were just so loud and so visceral. I’ve never been more overwhelmed in a movie. Only watching the rest of the series at home lol.
i love the terrifier movies sm, i saw number 3 in the cinema and the vibe was great
I got into a laugh fit when you said he's Michael Myers and Mike Myers. It's so true. 😂😂😂
Every time you said "T2" I thought you were referring to Terminator 2 and I got very confused when that actor/scene was in that movie
I was thinking T2 Trainspotting
@@PureBrawler How can you be that stupid
@@giornogiovanna3079 because i often watch better movies than this
I’m sure someone might’ve commented it already, but the actor for art in al hallows Eve (Mike Gianelli) was the actual Staten Island clown lol
It was a shard of glass!! Not a rusty nail, not a knife, a shard of glass!!!!
17:46 ..... BARS lol
The drivers just there so he won't get fined is deep cut lmfao
10:47 that’s art signature move 😂
What's Art's motivation?
To entertain itself 😊😊
hey they did that rat gag in 2fast 2 furious mayb they took that from physcho too lol
Lmao that’s right!
yesss that rat scene immediately reminded me of 2 fast 2 furious
sienna is basically malenia phase 2 when it comes to art the clow.
I wonder what Dexter Morgan would think of Art? Lol
4:40 the mfs really made this scene only to later say that "rape is too taboo" for art, give me a break you hypocrites
The next one is going to be set in Hawaii.
Art is going to be rocking the bright shirts and shorts
He'll kill a person with a shark
Wow this is my first time on the comment section to be FIRST 😭... i feel so lucky 💖
You're not planning to get this video monetized, right? Because yikes.
Thanks for the recap, though. Been meaning to know what this series is about.
🤡 🤡 🤡 🔪
26:23 very late wishmaster 😂 in a bad way
He was teacher? No wander that he landed the role in horror movie... As the killer...
Wow. The dude that plays Art the Clown was an Elementary Schoolteacher. Yikes!!!! That’s what I learned today!
Was that guy THAT confused about Leone explaining Arts possession process?..
STATTEN ISLANNDDDD MENTIONEDDDD🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ 7:13
This is such a good video!!!!
I love horror but I really don't get these films.
Don't take it seriously😅😅 the creator said in the video that he's a huge fan of gore and prosthetics, that's just it🤷🏾♀️
He created a franchise to showcase that.
Kinda like the john wick creator that is a huge stunt man turned director.
David Howard Thornton actually did a dope one man show with a monologue as the joker dude is multi talented n funny af
Art is strangely endearing.
Thank you for making this! I wasn't planning to watch it as I'm not the biggest fan of gore but curious to see what the hype was about
is the Terrifer movies within a movie? is this why there a VHS tape filler? i think the new movies is taking place in 2020. in universe whoever is recording never updated to DVD
Art only pulls out the scrap when it gets too serious
Also fun fact the uncle is on a Bigfoot expedition show and that’s how I recognized him😂
The creator of this movie definitely got some skeletons in the closet waiting to come out.
Bro, I’m still waiting for your The Substance “ video.
I gotta be honest, I didn't get the hype of Art so I never watched any of the movies. I went and saw 3 around the time it came out with a friend and let me just say, Art stole my heart...I get it now.
17:47 THIS IS MF DOOM
