Same, I have combination skin and unless it’s summer where i sweat and get oily a lot I just wash once a day. Sometimes just using micellar water instead of full second washing is fine too just so you have a blank slate for skincare
The information about epiduo is something I wish I knew going through my treatments. It would burn and peel so bad that I stopped and had to change dermatologists as I felt I wasn't getting the right information
I have dermatillomania - what’s your take on it, and how to deal with.. I have gotten 1000% better- and find myself being able to take myself out of the situation… but in other times- I just ball my eyes out, while blanking out… it’s been a rough road. I’m curious if you have any opinions or advice on this diagnosis…
