2500원...?! 좋은 재료에 저정도면 진짜 가격도 좋다...요즘 서울 쿠키파는 카페 하나에 3500원 4500원받는 곳도 있는데...
와 근데 저도 베이킹쪽 일하는 사람이지만 정말 재료 다 좋은거만 쓰시네요. 엘르앤비르 고메버터에 칼리바우트 화이트초코, 마카다미아, 루비 크랜베리.. 안될수가 없는 집. 평택가면 꼭 한번 가봐야겠어요
그냥 지나치지않고 좋은말씀해주시는 님도 안될수가 없는 사람이에요❤️

제가 유학시절 아메리칸쿠키맛을 못잊어서 국내 아메리칸쿠키집 여기저기 많이 다녔는데 단연코 여기가 최고입니다 정말 진짜 강추드립니다!
저도 제과점에서 일하는데 진짜 엄청 청결한거같아요 정리도 잘되어있고.. 칼 왼쪽정렬 등 나란한 거 보고 놀랐네요 다 사소한 습관인데 지키는거 대단하세요

These types of cookies are not native to Korea, but this place is doing it right. Even adding sea salt onto the top of the chocolate chip cookies. Great job!
The video mentioned it was American style cookies and a lot of Asian countries make western Asian fusion desserts
The baking ring really does gives a perfectly defined shape to the cookies.
Unfortunately those rings dont come cheap, very pricey at our place
if ur interested, Amazon has decent prices for them.
I actually didn't like that part it's making it look more like a cake then a cookie 🍪 , a cookie need to have some edges..

Wow - I served one of my four Korea tours at Camp Humphries (Pyeongtaek) in 1977. I wish this type of creativity existed then. I loved all four tours I spent in Korea, relish the people, and the culture. To see these videos makes me wish I had a few more tours. I remember it was in Pyeongtaek where I first experienced Omurice. A delicious treat I thought was Korean and taught myself to recreate before the Internet existed. To my dismay, when I looked at the internet recipes, I learned it was a Japanese dish. I still make it the way I first experienced it in a nice restaurant one floor above a seedy disco . No worry folks, in later tours I discovered bulgogi and the art of making kimchi. Rock on South Korea, rock on!!!! Hoping for a unified Korea where no Korean eats dirt.
