- A brickfilm fairytale adventure about smell, justice, unicorns, rainbows and perspective, winner of the BRAWL 2013 contest, and made in only one week.
This film has some of my best lighting setups ever, as well as several references to My Little Pony.

I take a great deal of effort in sound design. Unlike most brickfilmers, I record everything myself. The plastic clicking, brick rolls, and steps are made with actual LEGO bricks for realism.
I even recorded some new sound effects for this film, and I was up at 4 AM blowing bubbles into a bowl for some of the magma boiling noise.
Lady: do you think she will do it
King: no but it is worth a try
Lady: wait if none of us have noses the how do you smell?
Knight: uhhhhh..... magic?
That was really good! I love the animation, and the simple storybook kinda feel to it. Great work, I'm sure it will rank highly.

A great example of a well thought out story
That was amazing. The animation, camera work, sets, everything was great. I love it.
This film was fantastic. (As usual) The humour was great + It was fun trying to find the mod elements in this video as the bricks have been implemented extremely well! (Unlike my film) The animation was fluid and the lighting captured the scene perfectly. The sound though was definetly the best part of the film, the SFX sounded as if you were actually proper pieces of plastic, the music was nice to listen to and the voices, oh my goodness the voices! Overall I'd give this film a: GAJILLION/TEN!
This really needs more views. The lighting and camera angles are awesome the only bad part is the voice acting. Awesome video anyway.
The endings in this video, MAILBOX OF DOOM and The Legend Of Mousty are just so awesoooooooome!!!!!?

It always does. It's a way to insure that entries are created within the time limit.
This year's theme was "outlook" I decided to interpret this primarily by giving Rainbow Sparkle a different outlook on good and evil.
Well if I got a pony I would live happily ever after too! Great work!
Well, definitely worth the ridiculously long wait. I liked it! There's just something about your videos that makes me feel happy. I don't know if it's the funny jokes, or the randomness, but the point is, your videos are awesome! :)

Wow that was very well done seeing as though you only had 1 week to make it. The lighting in all shots were great. I really like the lava pit and the fireplace. Keep it up.

I'm actually not sure what to think of Rainbow Sparkle. I wouldn't call him a hero, but I'm not really sure if he's really a villain.
It is pretty rude to take all of that treasure, but the Kingdom doesn't actually NEED as much as they had.
Of course, it's rather silly of him to throw it into a pit of lava. It would be much better to give it to the poor like Robin Hood.

You make your film at home.
To ensure that the film is completed within the time constraints, the theme is announced at the start of the week, along with a colour combination which must be present in every frame.
If you pay attention, you can see a whole lot of grey connected to red throughout the film.

This is a great film, despite it being a bit rushed; it certainly deserved to win BRAWL. I love the lighting, too.

Do you buy a lot of the clasic faces or do you just have a lot of them from the old times of LEGO
+Jeremiah Underwood Some time ago, I acquired a set called "Community Workers" which has a whole lot of city minifigures, but all with classic smiley faces. I got that set because I'm particularly fond of those faces, although I already had a decent number. I've been collecting LEGO sets since 1997, so I also have some relatively old LEGO sets, and I even have a few that are even older from other people who no longer use LEGO.

Cody Martinson The clowns of Riigo-Faloo are a humanoid race, but they're not the same as any human on Earth. Being a clown is not a profession in Faloo, it's something with which you are born. The crazy hair colours and colourful facial pigmentation is natural rather than face paint or dye or wigs.
