I'll testify to this, that God used Aaron to help me in one of my darkest times in my life. I was suicidal and hopeless and wanted to die. The day I watched Aaron's video I found hope and I can say today that I love the lord and know him better now through the suffering I've endured with fear, mental anguish, hopelessness. God designed a way to help me and encourage Aaron, two people that never met, at times when we needed it. How much God truly loves us his children that he cares that deeply about us. @@Sirie7206 Hi. My whole life basically fell apart. I had to leave school, and alot of people like my best friend walked away from my life. No one besides my Christian friends were supportive. I went through a really difficult time for a year but it helped me get stronger in the Word of God. I reapplied to another school, got in and I just graduated in May. I also just got hired and God has blessed me with new friends that point me back to Him. This is the short version of a long story.

I have commented before, but want to testify again how much Aaron's videos have helped me. I was in a terrible dark time during Covid.... PTSD symptoms [from clergy abuse during 4 years in college] returned to me for various reasons. The old condemnation, anxiety, despair, suicidal thoughts and darkness were enveloping me. A friend suggested I check out Aaron's videos about fear. I realized that I needed to surrender fully as Aaron encourages every time. I began surrendering, refusing to entertain the enemy's lies, and trusting Jesus, taking him at his word. I am not out of the woods. The anxiety keeps cropping up, but I am surrendering over and over and have been slowly gaining hope and strength. Thank you Aaron for your life changing videos. I have shared them with other believers who are suffering. This is very long, but I wanted to express my gratitude.

Me too!! I watch the bodies every day!! Such a gift to us, especially during the Pandemic when there is so much fear and stress and isolation that threatens to unsettle us. Surrender is the answer!!! Keep it simple, take God at his word.

I'm suffering anxiety and depression. Been suffering 4 years. Turned to alcohol to try and suppress the pain but the alcohol is making me feel so much worse now so I know I need God. Going to focus on god and the gym!

I have complex trauma and recently asked God to soften my hard heart. Not long after I made this request, I found myself in a dark night of the soul also. It’s day 19 of this dark night. I am now at the point where I am thanking God for this trial. I can see that God has been ministering to me during this time and He has softened my heart. He has shown me where I have been wanting to control every situation and showed me that I need to surrender everything to Him. I repented to my pride and tendency to complain about my past. He has shown me that I was never alone and that He does love me. No more striving. I believe the Lord has used your teachings in this journey. Thank you and I pray that God blesses you and your family.

St. Therese of Lisieux, the little way, gave us a simple practical way to the heart of Jesus and the gospel of GOOD NEWS. Jesus came for the sinner, the weak, the broken, the sick, the poor in spirit. Holy Spirit fire of mercy descend upon us. 🙏
I love Ste Therese of Lisieux too! I like to recall the story of the Carmelite sisters clearing away dishes after meals in the convent: one showoff-ish, ascetic nun collected all the nasty gristle and offcuts off the other nuns' plates - she ate these unpleasant waste scraps to humble herself and mortify her soul. Therese gently suggested to her that we don't need to deliberately seek out misery - let's just joyfully accept whatever appears before us. "Blessing or hardship, let's thank God for it". She truly understood the unadulterated goodness of the whole of our lives - whatever arises each day; simply love and accept and learn from just that.

Thank you Aaron. I have had anxiety, depression, fear, derealization and torment for months without close support. I have had lots of people praying buy have always felt no one really understands. I found a start of hope after I watched your testimony as I could relate to some of the things you experienced, except suicidal thoughts and saw there must be purpose and a way out with God. I have always blamed myself with lots of self hate as I did not obey God throughout the year in the choices I made as many things he said did not make sense and I wasn't sure it was him during my storm but he was trying to protect me. I have had zero hope, peace and rest all year. I also went to a mental hospital but caused more anxiety and did not help. So thanks for the videos they have really helped me feel like i am not alone in my experience this year and have encouraged me to try and surrender in a place I feel i have lost total control. If you can do it, it can be done.

You are not alone: 1 Peter 5:9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. You are being molded and blessed in a way many do not; it is a gift from God. Keep enduring while trusting in God. His grace is your shield and lifeline; He is all you need. How are you doing Melanie? I have spent time in hospitals in the past too. In my case they kept me safe and provided some help, but it's really only surrendering to God that has/is helping me. Sometimes we search and strive, when the simple answer is under our nose! I hope you are getting some relief and peace.

Thank-you for your message and your faithfulness to learn and share God's lessons. I came across this one today after reading in Isaiah 64: "no eye has seen any God besides You, who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him" ; I am in a period of enforced waiting: out of work and job applications/ interviews unfruitful ; not in a fellowship of believers (have not found one where I am now living) ; trapped in a harmful relationship with a mentally ill and abusive family member ; in limbo with respect to my living quarters (need a permanent job to find a place of my own to live) .... I , too , feel like I have tried so hard to move forward in life and in the life of faith, only to keep stalling or falling back ; in the last 2 years I have been convicted with the desire to bear fruit for Christ and not just live to be saved ; I saw a few little flashes of what that could look like, as I saw Jesus' power enter into and liberate a few people whom I served in my work... but right now, it is just waiting ; thank-you Aaron for your reminder that waiting is an active state and God is doing something through it ; may the Lord bless your work and ministry with His good and enduring fruit.

I just cried thru this video Arron ... I have not been thru the same type of trials as you and the othersbut I have a 27 yr old autistic son where God has used many issues with my son’s autism to put me in many fires to transform me and grasp the depths of His truths..right now, God is allowing my son to experience seizures in 2020.. it’s like God is keeping a “short lease” so to speak where I have to desparately and constantly stay close to Him at all times (as a seizure can occur at ANY time ) and to seek His next step esp when it comes to seeing particular doctors and giving medications to my son

Imagine if you would have never had decided to post your video...we would have to search somewhere else which may have taken more time but because of the access of UA-cam and your obedience healing is happening more rapidly for others and myself!!!! I, first off, am so thankful for your videos. I don't have the money to afford Christian counseling, so I'm so glad God directed you to YT. I have been suffering with OCD, but it's gotten a lot better. Praise the Lord 🙌 I'm really thankful because you helped show me that this is for my good. I didn't understand what I was going through. One way I have changed from my suffering is that it has made me more sensitive to others hurting. To the point of feeling their hurt. I am there to listen to them. One time a woman I worked with her dog died. I told her how much it hurt me to see her in pain and that I hope she gets better. She teared up and said how can I say that when I have been through worse with the death of my son. I told her that is why I care. Pain is pain. Unfortunately, I have a poor relationship with God. I had given up on him helping me. I pray for others that I care about. Sometimes angerly. I say do not let happen to that person what you allowed to me.

I pray the Lord reveals to you that He really does work all things for the good of His children; from the seemingly insignificant details to the life changing circumstances. I’ve been going through God’s schooling or the “wilderness” for 4 years now and I’m starting to lose hope. I’m starting to lose hope that God has a plan and destiny for me. I feel like I’m failing every test and that I’m never going to get out of this season of my life.
You will, Faith. God hasn't abandoned you. Remember that Moses had to wait 40 years after killing that Egyptian before he even heard a peep out of God. 400 years of silence between the OT and NT. God hasn't forgotten you just like how he hasn't forgotten them, but it requires us to be patient. I've been in this trial of my own for a couple years now in college so I'm speaking from experience when I say this: Don't fight the fire. Don't be afraid of the flames. Faith sometimes God just wants us to be still and know that he is who he has promised he would be to us. A comforter, provider, protector, our very present help. Let God work through you and don't try to figure it out. He who began a good work in you is FAITHFUL to complete it. Keep believing! Amen!
Faith, look at how much our fellow brothers and sisters love you. And not only that, these three Saints are battle hardened Christians that can emphasize with you while encouraging you. Ayo, thank you for the encouragement. Yes, God needs to train us up and sometimes that requires some “schooling” like John the Baptist was alone in the wilderness until he was ready to be used by God. The Israelites were meant to go through the wilderness for the preparation of Canaan. Also Jesus’s apostles had 3 and a half years of training. I’ve had 4 years of shaping and molding from the Lord, which were not easy, but very necessary. I chose to listen to God and be patient and wait for His blessings in my life instead of go out after college and get a job and save money and live up to my full potential. God made many promises to me of blessings in my life.. and he is not slow in keeping his promises as Peter says. I just want to pass the tests now so that I may move on. I want to do God’s work, but do not want to go if He does not go ahead of me. May His will be done. I know I need to step into the full spiritual realm and live by the spirit so that the Lord May use me, but I am afraid. I guess I am fighting the fire and afraid of the flames.

I love Ste Therese of Lisieux too! I like to recall the story of the Carmelite sisters clearing away dishes after meals in the convent: one showoff-ish, ascetic nun collected all the nasty gristle and offcuts off the other nuns' plates - she ate these unpleasant waste scraps to humble herself and mortify her soul. Therese gently suggested to her that we don't need to deliberately seek out misery - let's just joyfully accept whatever appears before us. "Blessing or hardship, let's thank God for it".
She truly understood the unadulterated goodness of the whole of our lives - whatever arises each day; simply love and accept and learn from just that.

Thank you Aaron. I have had anxiety, depression, fear, derealization and torment for months without close support. I have had lots of people praying buy have always felt no one really understands. I found a start of hope after I watched your testimony as I could relate to some of the things you experienced, except suicidal thoughts and saw there must be purpose and a way out with God. I have always blamed myself with lots of self hate as I did not obey God throughout the year in the choices I made as many things he said did not make sense and I wasn't sure it was him during my storm but he was trying to protect me. I have had zero hope, peace and rest all year. I also went to a mental hospital but caused more anxiety and did not help. So thanks for the videos they have really helped me feel like i am not alone in my experience this year and have encouraged me to try and surrender in a place I feel i have lost total control. If you can do it, it can be done.

You are being molded and blessed in a way many do not; it is a gift from God. Keep enduring while trusting in God. His grace is your shield and lifeline; He is all you need. Even if the entire world abandons you, the Lord will never leave His children.

How are you doing Melanie? I have spent time in hospitals in the past too. In my case they kept me safe and provided some help, but it's really only surrendering to God that has/is helping me. Sometimes we search and strive, when the simple answer is under our nose! I hope you are getting some relief and peace.
Your testimony has helped me,, I understand the insomnia all too well, panic attacks, demonic attacks, and suicidal thoughts for way too many years. Thank-you for your message and your faithfulness to learn and share God's lessons. I came across this one today after reading in Isaiah 64: "no eye has seen any God besides You, who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him" ; I am in a period of enforced waiting: out of work and job applications/ interviews unfruitful ; not in a fellowship of believers (have not found one where I am now living) ; trapped in a harmful relationship with a mentally ill and abusive family member ; in limbo with respect to my living quarters (need a permanent job to find a place of my own to live) .... I , too , feel like I have tried so hard to move forward in life and in the life of faith, only to keep stalling or falling back ; in the last 2 years I have been convicted with the desire to bear fruit for Christ and not just live to be saved ; I saw a few little flashes of what that could look like, as I saw Jesus' power enter into and liberate a few people whom I served in my work... but right now, it is just waiting ; thank-you Aaron for your reminder that waiting is an active state and God is doing something through it ; may the Lord bless your work and ministry with His good and enduring fruit.

I just cried thru this video Arron ... I have not been thru the same type of trials as you and the othersbut I have a 27 yr old autistic son where God has used many issues with my son’s autism to put me in many fires to transform me and grasp the depths of His truths..right now, God is allowing my son to experience seizures in 2020.. it’s like God is keeping a “short lease” so to speak where I have to desparately and constantly stay close to Him at all times (as a seizure can occur at ANY time ) and to seek His next step esp when it comes to seeing particular doctors and giving medications to my son

One way I have changed from my suffering is that it has made me more sensitive to others hurting. To the point of feeling their hurt. I am there to listen to them. One time a woman I worked with her dog died. I told her how much it hurt me to see her in pain and that I hope she gets better. She teared up and said how can I say that when I have been through worse with the death of my son. I told her that is why I care. Pain is pain. Unfortunately, I have a poor relationship with God. I had given up on him helping me. I pray for others that I care about. Sometimes angerly. I say do not let happen to that person what you allowed to me.

I pray the Lord reveals to you that He really does work all things for the good of His children; from the seemingly insignificant details to the life changing circumstances. I’ve been going through God’s schooling or the “wilderness” for 4 years now and I’m starting to lose hope. I’m starting to lose hope that God has a plan and destiny for me. I feel like I’m failing every test and that I’m never going to get out of this season of my life.
You will, Faith. God hasn't abandoned you. Remember that Moses had to wait 40 years after killing that Egyptian before he even heard a peep out of God. 400 years of silence between the OT and NT. God hasn't forgotten you just like how he hasn't forgotten them, but it requires us to be patient. I've been in this trial of my own for a couple years now in college so I'm speaking from experience when I say this: Don't fight the fire. Don't be afraid of the flames. Embrace it and let your will melt away. I'm sending you strength. Keep us posted.

Faith sometimes God just wants us to be still and know that he is who he has promised he would be to us. A comforter, provider, protector, our very present help. Let God work through you and don't try to figure it out. He who began a good work in you is FAITHFUL to complete it. Keep believing! Amen!
Faith, look at how much our fellow brothers and sisters love you. And not only that, these three Saints are battle hardened Christians that can emphasize with you while encouraging you. God is so good and I love you all so much. I agree with everything they said. Although you may feel like you are failing every test, as long as you keep trusting in Him and not walk away from Jesus, you are doing well. Ayo, thank you for the encouragement. Yes, God needs to train us up and sometimes that requires some “schooling” like John the Baptist was alone in the wilderness until he was ready to be used by God. The Israelites were meant to go through the wilderness for the preparation of Canaan. Also Jesus’s apostles had 3 and a half years of training. I’ve had 4 years of shaping and molding from the Lord, which were not easy, but very necessary.
I chose to listen to God and be patient and wait for His blessings in my life instead of go out after college and get a job and save money and live up to my full potential. God made many promises to me of blessings in my life.. and he is not slow in keeping his promises as Peter says.
I just want to pass the tests now so that I may move on. I want to do God’s work, but do not want to go if He does not go ahead of me. May His will be done. I know I need to step into the full spiritual realm and live by the spirit so that the Lord May use me, but I am afraid. I guess I am fighting the fire and afraid of the flames.
