Mr. Kim, I’ve dealt with chronic anxiety and depression since I was a child. Now as a 30 year old going through a season on unemployment, my insomnia and anxiety has been CRIPPLING. I cried out to God two nights ago and told Him I’d fully submit to him because I’m all out of options. And I decided to look for resources, and came across your UA-cam. Just know that God is working through you for people like me. Thank you. This too shall pass.
I'm still struggling with severe depression and it seems like the Lord doesn't care. I know that if He speaks just one word it would change my life totally. Thank you Aaron!
Go on prayer walks daily and talk to the Lord like you would to your best friend.. when I do that I feel a lot more better after .. I hope you do too 🙂
2 cor 10:5 changed my life while I walked through the valley of anxiety, fear and depression- Replace the negative thought with a bible verse...praying for the peace of the Lord over you as you walk through this valley.
I have had God touch me many times and it was there to take the wonderful presence away. But now I have challenges with keeping my mind on the Lord. I would probably be completely free if I could just stay put. Thank you

@@martamichniewicz456 Praying for you Marta. Also recommend no secular music. I used to have evil intrusive thoughts all the time. I stopped watching secular entertainment and music. Only things that focus on God of the Bible. Also recommend going to church and being with Gods people not being alone. Get more people to pray with and for you. People of God to live life with you by your side and to help you. Maybe you already do these things. Just thought I'd share.
I believe the good God has for us, is to be conformed to image of Christ… This involves discipline and hardship and teaching us to deny ourselves and pick up our Cross. Most believe it financial profit. Bro you are teachings are of the ancient Church. Not an Americanized gospel
You’ve helped me heal before brother Aaron but it seems the anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks came back. Is it a way we can communicate on the phone like we did before I’m having really bad anxiety attacks. I called you and you were able to pray with me and gave me a sense of relief. Please help me!

I'm not getting better! I keep surrendering to the lord every day and praying to heal my damaged emotions. I cant even live my life! This is so bad. Than I start thinking it's a health issue that's causing it. I have sleep apnea but I dont think that can cause this much mental anguish. Besides God can heal anything and everything and I think he would have told me it was something to do with my health by now. I even meet someone from grace fellowship and i read the book handbook to happiness! Why do i feel like im getting worse? do you have a email Aaron i can write to you?
Hi Terri, keep waiting on God. But while waiting, stay surrendered, trusting, and obeying Him. Know that God’s plan for His children are good and there is purpose for the sufferings; it’s not in vain. I’m not corresponding via email at this time, but I encourage you to keep staying in contact with GFI for counseling. Their assignments are also very helpful.
When you said 'I can't even live my life!', that is the key. When I was in your position, and truly surrendered the idea of being able to 'live my life', and all my own hopes and plans, that is when God began to heal me. And the healing for me was gradual.

Some of the things we need to surrender is: how others view us or think of us, our ability to physically or financially support ourselves, our desires, our health. Its not easy, but its what the Lord calls us to do - whoever would desire to save their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for Christ's sake will find it.@@Terriloo1
