Did the guys check if there is a trip switch that needs to be changed. I know for sure that some hybrid cars have a switch that cuts out the electric power after an accident for safety reasons which needs to be replaced. Don't give up I'm sure you'll get it fixed soon.
try sending power direct to the starter motor and see if it runs ? if it still don't run there must be a cut off switch somewhere that's been triggered by the accident

I wonder if the Battery has been in stock at Mercedes for to long and it’s flat I’ve seen that happen many times if it’s sat in a warehouse. Also does it have a pyrotechnic switch that goes off in an accident
Has the circuit shorted out? Slight bit of naked wire showing can cause a shortage

Keep at it mate but stay clear of hybrids and dash boards with air bag damage, not worth the chew and stress
Also bypass the battery and send power straight to the starter of nothing then somewhere in the car is a cut off switch
This Might sound stupid or you’ve already checked it but is it grounded all okay? Theirs probably a dozen earth points but one might not be strong enough? Just a guess I am no master tech😂

You need a trickle charger for a hybrid
you definitely need to call up Mercedes and see if they can repair but i know for sure it will cost 100's 1000's of pounds for sure it could engine failure or electrical damage
