I do love hearing these now that the game is out, especially since pilot quest is so much better in the final version, but this has got like a little bit more of a swingy vibe to it that I'm kind of digging

Like another comment here said, the Namco Wavetable vibes on Kick Club is fantastic. I think all the music in this preview is great, but Kick Club really sticks out.

I had some big doubts about this project when it was first announced. It took me over a year to develop a game (working 3-4 hours a day on it) and know firsthand how much effort it takes just to make ONE game that is fun and polished (bug free)- I’m not sure my game even achieved that, but I’m not a superstar developer like these guys, right? It seemed to me (when this project was first announced) kind of arrogant of the developers that they thought they could knock out 50 games in a year or so. I love the concept of a fantasy computer/console and a set of games for it though. They seem to have gone radio silent the past two years. Anyone have any updates on the project?
