    Dear Andrew, you are the best teacher on the net. we need more videos from you about parts of speech. I already taught more than a thousand students what I have learnt from you in a very poor region of Pakistan where internet access is very restricted and people live in extreme poverty. we all wish you a happy life.

      sebastian alegria The meaning is almost the same. Rarely is simply less frequent than seldom, but they both mean "not often". I hope that helps. :)

    I Thank you, Andrew for this lesson, but I have a doubt with respect to the positioning of frequency adverbs to modal verbs. I understand that frequency adverbs go between the modal verb and the main verb. Am I wrong? Thank you and have a wonderful new year.
