    Thank you so much for clarifying the usage of the two. After years of learning, I now finally can distinguish how the two terms being used. Your method of teaching, in my opinion, is superior over the most of video I have seen so far. As a non-English speaking individual, your explanation make so much sense.

    I realized with your video that Its more easy to spanish speakers to choose betwen ing/ed form by asking themself the correct use of the verb to be in spanish, ser/estar, if something/someone es so we use "ing", but if something esta so we use "ed".
    Thanks a lot.

      Yes, that is correct. Examples:
      My father makes bad jokes. He is *embarassing.*
      When he makes bad jokes, I am *embarassed.*

    Dear Andrew,
    Firstly, i would to thank you very much for you effort and excited lessons.
    in business letters , we always use phrases like "continued relationship", "continued support" when we thanks customer for purchasing or support, so which is correct to say " continuing , continues, or continued"? its really confusing me.

    Wonderfull !! Please, one more question, Are there only -ing and -ed adjectives to describe feelings? or Are there other groups related to different topics? Thanks again!

    • @CrownAcademyEnglish
      @CrownAcademyEnglish  8 років тому

      +alquezad There are others but it's only really the -ing and -ed adjectives which confuse people because they are so similar.
      Best wishes
