Greetings from Serbia. In my city, all lamps of this type and brand were installed two years ago. They have performed well, they are dimmable. They didn't put a photo cell in our place. You are very meticulous and precise in your work. Best regards.
Hello to everyone in Serbia 🫶! They are truly good fixtures, and it's great to hear that you're satisfied with them. We also replaced some on certain streets two years ago, and they are still shining well today. Let’s hope they last as long as the manufacturers have promised. Thank you for your feedback, it warms my heart 🫶.
I agree with you, but it's not my decision. The world is changing, and unfortunately, society follows along. The light sources will be manufactured in a few years, and then we'll be left there. Politicians' decisions, once again 🤷♂️😂.
@Skyworkss I know it's not your decision. Nothing wrong with the old fittings. We have LED fittings where I am, and honestly, I think the council has wasted more money on LED rubbish than normal fittings. Lights we have here maybe 5 year old and are already starting to fail. Fittings made out of aluminium and are now starting to deteriorate, got to laugh at my council, and think they know what they are doing. Never seen them waste so much money and have the cheek to tell us what we can and can't do. Anyway, I love your videos mate keep up the good work!
Hello, TECEO is coming from the SCHRÉDER lamp body family. In Hungary, SCHRÉDER also had the ZAFIR2 LED light family a few years ago. However, this IZYLUM is also a good lamp body. However, it is strange that you switched from the PHILIPS lamp body family to SCHRÉDER.
Why is it unusual? Streets can change, and new lighting calculations are made, so it may be that this fixture fits better. Then it’s also a question of cost, and so on.
These new LED bulbs are very beautiful, they have a somewhat flat shape, they look like pancakes 😄, it's a shame that the old bulbs could not be reused, they will be melted down 😕. Something I noticed was that the Photoelectric Relay on top of the light is completely transparent, whereas in my country some of them are dark blue or light lime green and in highway areas they are orange in color and have only one front eye through which the sensor recognizes whether it is light or dark. 🤔
I’m unfortunately just the executor, and I haven’t actually asked the municipality or even thought about that. I do the job, then I have to throw it in the container as the municipality wants me to. I don’t think it’s allowed, and I honestly don’t know.🤷♂️
Yes, unfortunately the rules are like that, but if you look at it the other way around, everyone would start collecting fixtures and selling them online. Then those working in the field, who might not often deal with replacing fixtures, would get annoyed, haha. I think the council has decided on this to avoid all that hassle with the staff.
@@Skyworksswell that's understandable but just hate they have to be thrown away they are perfectly fixtures to use, now for me I would collect them but not sell them. But there's some people who would collect but not gonna sell some of em use them.

@@Skyworkss Here, the manufacturer gave a 10-year warranty on them. Time will tell what they are like.
Exactly ✅🤷♂️
Thanks for the video. What will happen with the old fittings now?
It’s getting thrown into the scrap container and sent to the fires of hell for sure ☹️
@@Skyworkss They stood there time! Shame to see them being replaced by LED.

@@Skyworkss Id love to have an old Streetlight fixture.

@@Skyworkssthe famous LED pancakes 😂🤣🤣.
@Ruan850_ 😜
Can't you sell the old fixtures on ebay and amazon?

The behavior of the council really pisses me off, why should they go in the rubbish when the collectors can take it all really senseless😠

These Schreder light fuxtures are reliable and which do you consider more reliable, philips or schreder?
I can't say one or the other. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Both are good fixtures.
Brother, from another mother 2:18 😁
😂🤷♂️
